Instead of telling me I was against their rules they instead treated me like garbage for no reason. I know the owner Ron Cunningham from previous endeavors and when I reached out to him he Dismissed me like he didn't even care his and his employees banned me from ever buying from there!!!! I just had to use the bathroom. I wasn't trying to rob the place but they acted as if I was going to. The owner doesn't care. He says he's gonna fix a problem and instead he banned me from the store. Would not recommend coming here, you overpay and then if you use your debit card, you have to pay like $3.50 on top of whatever your bank pays. They round it to the next $5.00 increment !! It's highway robbery a $10 item turns into a $17-$20 item. I don't know how they're still in business. Don't go there if you don't have to. The only reason they got a one star rating is cause I have to give them at least one start to submit my review. They don't deserve any stars.

The NW OKC store is also out of the way for me, so I usually go to Norman once a month to stock up. I've been an {N}Power member for many years and downloaded the app when it first came out. I was told that the 25% coupon was in the app, but it wasn't showing up in mine, even though Norman is my preferred store. Despite deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and changing preferred stores back and forth, it didn't work. The employees didn't know what to say, except that other people had the problem too. So, why isn't there a way to apply 25% off at the register, at least for the advertised event? One worker told me to call customer service and that I *might* get a gift card. I'm sorry, a gift card for a future purchase (that may take weeks to come) is not 25% off my purchase today. That is false advertising. Instead of stocking up on a cart full of groceries, I cut my losses and only got a few items, so my long drive wasn't a complete waste. I do appreciate the cashier who gave me $5 off, but that wasn't close to 25% off and didn't make up for the fact that I need groceries right now. Times are tough with inflation and the price of everything continues to climb. I will no longer be shopping at this Natural Grocers location and I'll probably stick to Whole Foods for a bigger selection and better customer service.
