It will save you a lot of time, frustration, and stress. This is an authorized retailer store that DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. We were almost out of pocket $2,500 for their mistake! Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. We went in with one simple goal: switch from our previous carrier to T-Mobile. Instead, we spent almost two weeks dealing with problem after problem because of mistakes made at this store. We were initially charged activation fees, then told our phones couldn't be transferred after all. We were eventually told there was nothing they could do, asked to leave the store, and left without service on either of our phones. Their solution was to use someone else's phone at home and come back the next day; even though they had already said there was nothing they could do. We ended up driving to a corporate T-Mobile store, where we were told this location had handled our account incorrectly. The employees there explained they regularly have to fix issues created by this store and that this wasn't the first time they'd seen customers affected by similar mistakes. To make matters worse, we had to reconnect with our previous carrier after our service had already been disconnected, leaving us without phone service for days because that process and quick turn around is hard to do without phones to call and a quick turnaround. Even now, more than 10 days later, we're still dealing with the fallout. We were also promised a refund for the activation fees. The store told us to call Customer Care because they couldn't process it. After spending hours on the phone, Customer Care told us the refund had to come from the store. We were sent back and forth with no resolution and no accountability. The employee who assisted us, Rainey, simply apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, we never received the help or support we needed from anyone at this location. We had to get outside sources to help. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely want to help others avoid the experience we had. We wasted countless hours, made multiple trips between stores, went days without phone service, and are still dealing with the consequences. I will never return to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the headache and visit a corporate T-Mobile store instead.

They have the most up to date technology and very informative about procedures and treatment plan. They always ask if I'd like the laughing gas and the answer is always, "yes, please!" I'd give them 5 stars but as I mentioned the dentist office is not my idea of a good time. You understand, right!

Dr. Greenlee made a substandard bride for me and it broke. She blamed me now saying I must grind my teeth. Let me be very clear, I do not now or in the past-grind my teeth. She replaced it with an ill fitting bridge. I let her know immediately and that it did not fit well and was very rough. She polished it(which I would have expected to be done when it was first made) and called it good. I have continued to let her know it is still a problem. She just sent many texts, advising she will not do anything else, stating I have been rude at every appointment and "good luck finding another dentist'" I have been seeing Dr. Greenlee since Smile Studio took over Dr. Bob Utech, several years ago. Never had problems before, until I needed her to stand behind the warranty. Do not waste your time and money on this hatchet job of a Dentist. You will not be happy or able to live with the problems she causes.
