Been going here for years! Everyone is always nice and friendly. Drinks and cigars are great with standard prices. No complaints.

We Love the Cigar Box!! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to either purchase your favorite smoke to take home, or to smoke in their lounge and couple with a drink. read more

Every issue that has been brought up was brought up to your Manager and nothing was done about it. When you hire a boy to do a man's job, this is what happens. I did ask a real close friend of yours to ask you and Blair if you would sit down and talk with me and I was ignored. I got caught in between a couple that was fighting and your business paid for it. I spent $940 in your business the month before I was told that I was no longer welcome in your establishment I treated everyone with respect and I was asked multiple times. If I was the owner I've had multiple people come up to me and tell me they don't believe any of it. Susan didn't want me around because Jake told me things that would not make her look very well in other peoples eyes and with Lilly story he got a make up something that'll get someone out of the way that everyone at the Box called me the mayor because I treated everyone well and AND was very well liked but you and Blair has put your faith in someone that really don't care about the business like she said she does. It's all about her and I do not like when I buy cigars for people and drinks being asked why did you buy that for them and your bartenders Lilly and Susan talking shit about them . I do appreciate what you and Blair did for me but you also need to know that other people took credit for it and then when I was told who really did it and those people were confronted like your bartender Susan people don't like when the truth is shoved in their face. I hope you all have all the success in the world but there are problems you need to take care of if you expect people to feel comfortable when they come in your business I believe in being truthful and straight up with people and don't like it when people don't want to take care of something that is hurting others, I know a lot of people have told me that Susan has been handing her discount out quite a bit and I tell people let's great but who's wallet is it really coming out of, yours and Blair's . Your business is top-notch but the staff you have right now with Susan and Lilly is not. You have the best selection of cigars and Mark makes drinks that are totally fabulous but when you have a staff that bash customers and you have a manager that don't take care of problems , it does create a problem for others that are trying to sit down and smoke a good cigar and drink some whiskey and have a good time. I wish you all the luck and I hope you get your problems taken care of someday. because the reviews like people feeling discriminated against because of their colour this should never happen they didn't before but they are now. read more

Been in a few times to buy some pipes and cigars. Didn't care for the lounge vibe. The staff there was OK. But every time the wife and I have gone they were preoccupied with other tasks. Even though we were the only ones there. So I'd give customer service a 3 at best. Shouldn't the customers have some attention first? I don't know, it was just a little off putting to me. I'll go to leaf and Joes instead to try out next time. I recently heard about it opening not to far from Tinker. Heard some rumors about the cigar box place and the vibe seemed to support it. But I could be wrong. I'm a Veteran and I know it has a veteran connection. So I am a little disappointed. I'm not interested in a bubba lounge. read more

Knowledgable and friendly staff. My office hours away from the office. I wrote most of my new book here. Great atmosphere and selection. My favorite spot in Midwest City by far. read more

The humidor is a good size. Bar has a nice selection of whiskey and some of the best Old Fashions. And they smoke them when asked. Well lite. A safe place for anyone, especially women, to come alone and enjoy a good cigar and pour. The owners and employees are the friendliest people I have met. A wonderful place to hang alone or bring a few friends. read more

We drive from Ada, Ok to this location to get cigars. The selection, quality and service is by the best we have had. Highly recommend!

I had no idea this place had a bar tucked away in this cigar shop. It's a cool little place with a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. Come in and grab a beer or cocktail, enjoy a cigar (if you're in to that), and have yourself a chill time. read more

Let me first say that my girlfriend and I expected this place to be one of the highlights nay the crowing jewel in your two week road trip of the south central region of the US. Sadly we were very tragically disappointed. Upon entering you walk past an overpriced selection of cigars than you enter the bar and your hit by a smell of stank cigar smoke almost like a weird meth like smell. Best way to describe it was like burning skunks and tires mixed with sulfur. It was so bad I was afraid to take a deep breath for the fact that I would get Instant lung cancer. Trying to get a drink from the extremely rude and slightly racist employee was ridiculous wouldn't say she was a bartender when you have to explain how to make a rum and coke and to open a beer. Also she kept whispering how all of Hitler's ideas weren't all that bad. You don't even wanna know whats going on in the men's restroom here but lets just say all i saw walking in was an old man in a Britney Spears shirt, water hose, few golf balls and hot dogs. In conclusion, don't listen to all the positive reviews. Those people all suffer from stockholm syndrome from being stuck here with all the soul crushing smoke in the cigars they sell. read more

Staying in the area on our way home from vacation, and looking for a place to have a cigar. Found the Cigar Box and very happy we did. Great selection in the humidor with reasonable prices. I would recommend this place to anyone in the OKC area who wants a relaxing, friendly place to enjoy a good cigar. read more

Very cute tucked away get away if you are an enthusiast of Real Cigars stay away you will be disappointed. If you are a Novice or on a buddy's bachelor party go grab a drink kick back and enjoy. The tenders are kids telling you what they think you want to beat while trying to sell you a candy flavored cigar !!! Drink pours are extremely stingy. I can say this place has Potential But they are not the new MAKERS. I have been enjoying cigars longer than most of these clowns been in the world. It is about culture and ambiance that's created in the atmosphere NOT the amount of product you can stock. You have 70 yrs experience which tells me you began getting your experience when I was Five. Your business is probably running great But it will never compare to those who actually had aujoire. (Look it up). You have received two stars out of my generosity. After having a four count water drink I take back a Star. Perhaps when you get a little age you will understand. read more

Always have a blast here, very friendly staff and great bar. Cigar selections are second to none. The staff always remember your name and drink. One of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy the company of good friends. This place has a great cigar selection and a swanky bar you wouldn't expect to find in MWC. The staff are very friendly and eager to please, whether it's helping you pick out the perfect cigar or a tasty cocktail. read more

Great service and outstanding selection. Staff made sure I found several cigars that met my normal profile and also suggested one "out of the. It" for me. The Papas Fritas is a great smoke that I thoroughly enjoyed over a few drinks in the lounge. Drop in if you want to try a great spot to enjoy a smoke and a beverage.... Staff and regulars made me feel completely at home. Needless to say I will be the next "regular"!! read more

Great spot to have a cigar and drink while meeting new people in the local area. I live close by and didnt want to travel far so this place was perfect!! read more

A great atmosphere to relax with a drink and/or cigar in either the comfortable bar stools or the sofa and cushy chairs. The staff is the best....a great friendly team. It is kept very clean, even the bathrooms. I have been there while sports is broadcasting on the TV screens, and also while playing music in the background, so they are equipped for both types of activities. I have even taken my laptop in there to relax and do some work on the free wifi. read more

Great humidor, excellent lounge with superior service. Highly recommended! I hit this place every time I'm in town.

I was in need to buy a cigar for the birth of my Godson and for a person who doesn't smoke, I had no idea where to buy a cigar or what kind to buy. I was on my way home and just so happen to see this place. The staff was very helpful! I don't smoke so the bar area was a little too much for me, but if you're a cigar smoker this is the place. They have so many options of cigars. If I ever need to buy another cigar, this is the only place that I will go. read more

The best hidden gem in MWC; great selection of cigars and craft beer. The atmosphere is awesome, Josh is the best! You won't disappointed visiting this place. read more

I have to say I judge this book by the cover for sure... being in a little shopping center, I walked in thinking I'm going to find a small little humidor with a few ok cigars. To my surprise they had a nice size humidor and a great selection. Another plus was the full service bar in the lounge in the back. The service was outstanding all around from the gentleman selling the cigars to the bartenders and even was lucky enough to sit and chat with the owners wife for awhile on a busy evening. I live right down the street from this gem for 2 years before my first visit and it defiantly wont be my last. read more
