This is a great gym in Drogheda as it's very large with a variety of machines for both weight…read moretraining and cardio, and it is also very specious with plenty of room for matwork and lifting. There are a few studio rooms which are free to use outside class hours which are usually on just in the mornings and after 6pm in the evenings. I've used the pool on a number of occassions which is clean and well maintained. Although there is kids lessons running for most of the afternoon until late evening, there is always one labe open for free adult swimming. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna, and the changing rooms are pretty big. In the ladies, they have an adult only section as well, which is great. The only thing is that the showers are not great. The staff are very friendly, there are a variety of classess offered as well as a complimentary training plan, and from a facilities point of view this gym is probably the best in Drogheda. The one day guest pass is only €10 and gives you access to the pool, gym and all the classes for that day. I went in the late afternoons so it was not crowded at all, but I would say it gets more busy later in the evenings after 5 or 6pm.
