I do adult kickboxing classes three times a week and must say that every class is different and you are guaranteed to get a great workout. Belt testings are on regularly so it is a great incentive to keep training and improving. Not to mention that it is an absolute honour to be trained by GM Massan (10th Dan Black belt) !

Aside from the logical techniques and principles of Wing Tzun, I've found a simple way keep flexible and fit. Classes are 90 minutes in lengh, which is plenty of time to fit in numerous routines and practical applications. I could not recommend this displine and School any higher.
