Well she decided to leave for personal reasons and instead of the office informing the clients that they could not provide said promised services, they just allowed me to come and no one would show up to open the office, I waited in my car on two separate occasions for someone to show up, for about 15 minutes, before I had to leave for work. Multiple appointments were cancelled due to lack of having a doctor present. After this happened to me a numerous amount of times I decided that I didn't want their crappie service anymore and that I wanted my money back that I PREPAID. When I informed the receptionist, Becca, she told me that she would process the refund AND file my visits with my insurance company. I was taken aback because I had started this treatment in October 2024 and it was now February 2025. That was shady to me and made me further regret trusting this store front chiropractic office that just franchise's out to people who don't care and are just trying to make money. After about 2 weeks I returned to inquire of the status of my refund and I was told by Becca that she couldn't do it because the corporate office needed to process it.
