Dr Gentry scammed me. I get CMT BOOST SHOTS in my back. The first thing he states to me when I wake…read moreup is surgery due to looking at the rays he took while injecting. However, I stated to him before the procedure (twice )! already have X-rays and MRI images of my back. I made this aware before my injections. There was no need for the injections. The images I already obtained would have shown surgery could be needed. I asked him to look at the imaging which is why l asked for a second consultation. ****He should have told me this before my injections, not after!**** I feel like I just put a $3000 Band-Aid on my L4 L5 vertebrae. Least they could do is give a refund. Photo attached are my Xray images he deemed unnecessary to look at and his images he showed me as soon as I woke up from being under. This was a scam. Response to comment below: This was never about a guarantee, this was about giving me all the options and looking at the x-rays, which dr gentry deemed unnecessary. Funny how he looked at the X-rays AFTER the procedure to mention surgery but didn't look at the X-rays I had before the procedure.

In fact, our whole family went. We have been empty nesters since 2017 and even though we moved downtown Houston, we continued our drive back to Conroe to see our favorite Doc. In 2018 both my husband and I got Stem cell therapy. My hips and his knees. Within 4-6 months we were pain free! No surgery. My husband is still pain free! We moved to Florida in 2022 and still go back to for a correction when we visit our kids. My right hip was bothering me again since the long drive to Florida and we stopped in for our summer fix. Dr. Eulitt hooked me up with the new A2M procedure. I'm excited to see how it works out. As in stem cell, I know it isn't immediate relief and it takes time, strengthening and stretching as well as a good diet to make it all work together. I have a chiropractor in Florida. That said , it is located in an office that apparently operates like a mill. Did not make me feel comfortable at all in this age of Covid to have so many people running around in the tiny space they occupy filled with people getting glorified massages unmasked. Not to mention the treatments themselves which I'll cover. The treatment I got was almost laughable after spending about 5 minutes with the chiropractor. She proceeded to tell me that She was also an acupuncturist . From there she placed me with a " therapist " who placed an ice cold set of gel packs on my lower back and proceeded to hook me to an electric impulse machine which did absolutely nothing. From there , after about 5 minutes I was moved over like a cattle in a cattle car brigade behind a few peeps to do an adjustment. The adjustment was done within one minute of another " customer " and I didn't witness any cleaning , just a rolling of tissue covering. This chiropractor then proceeded to give me the worst back massage for about 60 seconds and highlighted it with " cracking my neck " without asking if she could do that. Many people have suffered strokes from that type "adjustment ". All in all the treatment lasted 2 minutes and was done on a table that had some sort of Wrestlemania contraption built in so that the patient hears when a little push occurs , which is all for show and effect. She rescheduled me for another visit and I took it just to see . Three days later I was put through the same mill only this time the adjustment lasted about 60 seconds and was a joke. She barely touched my back and exerted almost no pressure. It was a ripoff. I'll never go back and I suspect this is a mill foe your typical chiropractic scamming. Avoid. They're horrible.

I've been seeing Dr Custard since he came to town and opened up his business several years ago! My first physical therapy appointment with him was when I had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, and he did physical therapy on my wrist. I have scoliosis and he has done adjustments on me to the point that I very seldom have discomfort. I have agonizing headaches and when they come on during the day, Dr Custard is the first person that I call. Typically they can get me in right away. He can do an adjustment then they do massage therapy and lay me on this amazing rolling bed and I leave their feeling so much better and the headache is gone. My only complaint if there is one is that he's not open in the middle of the night; when I get off from the hospital, my headache may come on and the office is closed. But they did show me how to use a tens unit and where to place the pads typically, I'll use the tens unit and wake up the next morning headache free.
