We were not prepared for his energy and realized quickly after a dog DNA test, we needed help! Courtney is AMAZING. She took our wild, destructive, houdini, and turned him into a well trained dog. At pick up she worked with my husband and me so we could learn to take over the training process at home. She also offers lifetime lessons just in case us parents need a little help! She is so calm and patient with us, and when I was struggling on day one out of training, so fast to respond to my messages and reached out again at the end of the day to check in. Courtney did an incredible job in addressing all of the challenges listed here and more. Stewie is the perfect dog now, well, almost. He still makes some mistakes, but they have been easily corrected since Courtney also trained us. Our biggest concerns were that after five weeks at his age, he might not remember us -- that didn't happen; and that the training would break his spirit or affect his personality. That didn't happen either. We got him back with all the things we loved about him and none of the things we didn't. Courtney told us it may take a year or more for the training to fully take hold if we continue to work with him consistently; and we will.
