My resume got noticed among the masses, yay! It has been a long interview process with them but I was just offered the job and am going to accept the position. Quest Resume has a quick turn-around, very easy to work with and I love how they did the two resumes and two cover letters I requested (for two separate positions). And the prices are vey reasonable, can't ask for any more than that.

I had been in the same industry for many years and my resume was stale and tired. Jodi spent the time with me on the phone to understand what I was looking for and what I had been doing. I thought this personal touch was awesome, some services I had looked at, all the contact was by email only, and for more money... She is very professional, asks many questions and you can tell she has a strong background in Recruiting. I was VERY happy with the results. I chose the Resume and Cover letter package. Is it worth having a professional resume? All I can say to that is that I had been getting nowhere in my job search, Jodi gave me some tips and along with my new resume I had interviews lined up within 4 weeks. Thank you Jodi. I have and will continue to refer you to my friends and colleagues.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Extremely Disappointed with This Service…read more This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. I paid over $3,000 expecting real support with job applications and networking but instead, I was left doing everything myself. They kept giving me tasks: build your LinkedIn, grow your network, search for jobs. But no one was actually helping me. I was told what to do, not supported. I had to look for jobs myself, send them the links, and then wait and even then, they were often late to apply, and I lost real opportunities because of it. The worst part? After I got no results! They later told me the networking service "hasn't started yet." After I did all the work and followed everything they said they still said it hasn't started, but they charged me anyway. And when I finally canceled, they refunded only $750, which doesn't even come close to what I paid. Yes, the resume writing was solid. But let's be honest: that's the bare minimum when someone pays thousands. What followed was a total lack of support, slow communication, and a feeling that I was completely on my own. I thought I'd be treated with care and integrity, and instead I feel scammed. I don't recommend this to anyone. I'm walking away with no interviews, no support, and a huge regret.
