There are many unique skills that are not covered very well in school, I call them accelerated learning techniques, all of which are practiced in abundance at the Math & Science Academy. Several of my friends have had their children get expert one on one tutoring with SoCal Math Academy, and have experienced dramatic increases in their grades. It's not a fluke, rather the process they use. As a child (many years ago!), I struggled with basic algebra for years, until I had the right teacher come along. He instilled in me the right way to learn mathematics, and from that point on, I transformed from a C grade student to straight A's in math. That helped me get through college and into a great job in the technology field. You'll agree with me that math, especially in a place like California, is a subject you must master if you desire to get into a highly sought after technical area. I am not bashing the SoCal school system by any means, the teachers are some of the hardest working, yet underpaid professions in the USA. My math grade has soared as a result of his teaching and because of him, I am able to fully understand the course content. Mr. Alemansour has helped me with Geometry, Algebra, and Statistics.
