He said his team would reach out to request financial statements needed for his analysis. Never received anything. Followed up myself after waiting for weeks, they respond a week later asking what do you need again, and to set another meeting with Bill. It's the email before in the same chain? I need to set a meeting to send requested documents? Never responded to requests for any reading material, past performance, etc. My first meeting for another service earlier this year. It wasn't a priority for me, so I noticed they never responded months later. Apparently this is a theme. Thought I'd give them another chance anyway, which is stupid on my part. Extremely unprofessional, I would not trust them with anything. Their response time is non-existent, and they don't remember what your conversation was about, if they respond at all. Unless you want to give your money to people who don't respond, don't remember what you need, and pitch something while they're in a car. Go with literally anyone else.
