Our daughter started her Taekwondo journey when she was 5 and we've been part of this community for about a year and a half. She has had the ability to foster growth in her confidence, discipline, safety skills, and in her love for Taekwondo. I love that she is learning how to work hard towards her goals, and small life lessons that she will be able to carry with her for the rest of her life! There are so many developmental milestones that we believe the Precision family has helped us instill, and I appreciate how so many important aspects of life are being taught in a light-hearted and kind space. We enjoy the staff and their efforts in taking great care of our daughter and the Springdale community. We look forward to continuing to watch our daughter grow through her practice!

Great atmosphere for kids and adults to feel comfortable in learning. It has been great for my daughter's confidence and general disposition. They reinforce good habits and behavior that you will not just see in class but at home as well. I'm a safety educator and I highly recommend for anyone wanting a self defense course or general workout class. You won't be disappointed.
