There is a little kitchen stocked with cookware and dishes. We loved making coffee in the morning. It is pet friendly. It was such a wonderful experience. I was looking for something unique since we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. Rebecca made our stay very special. She brought us a card, flowers and a bottle of Biltmore Estate wine. That was so sweet of her. We got to meet Hugo! What a sweet and gentle kitty. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing, cozy little cabin.

The put your keys outside the door in an envelope with Information so that you don't have to wait. The office is open for short hours, but they are available by phone anytime. I stayed at the Pines for 5 days. It's a great location. Very close to downtown Asheville, not far from The Biltmore or the Blueridge PKWY. Very convenient. There are cute shops, a park and lake near by. My first night there I stayed at cottage #14. It is right next to the highway. If you need quiet to sleep do not stay in this cabin. It's cute but not quiet. They were willing to move me to a cottage that was in the center. I spent the rest of my week in cottage 15. It was really a nice upgrade. It was much larger and has a patio in the back. Very cute. A nice large full kitchen and plenty of beds. Perfect for a large family. It was comfortable and quiet. There is free WiFi in all of the cottages and cable tv. It's great to spend tome with friends, a girls weekend or family. They are not very modern but cozy. Very clean. I would stay here again. There is also a fire place and they give you wood.

The property was quaint with plenty of parking. This was a fun little property close to everything! Inside we had a full kitchen, plenty of heat options because for this Florida girl it was cold as an icicle hanging off of Jack Frosts nose. Plenty of comfy fluffy pillows (I love a ton of pillows) and blankets. In winter bring slippers (floors stay cold...duh! Lol). It was too cold to sit outside on the cute porch. I would come back again. Are there fancier places close by, yes, but I would come back here again. If you are expecting one of those "fancy log cabins in the mountains that you see for $100's/night" this is not that. It was just as advertised and was on a main road leading to downtown.

Right off of a small road. Dining options close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. Joann was a super employee that knew everything about the cabins and the local area. She took pride in this business. She explained that there were two large cabins for family accommodations. If you would like a rustic stay in a comfortable cabin this is wonderful. Again I want to thank Joann for the cleanliness standards. Our cabin was so clean and dust free. Cable tv and a flatscreen. We enjoyed our visit. Keep up the good work. Nice

Daniel and Erica anticipated our every need and want. We got to see the Danish Troll exhibit at the NC Aboretum and followed our hosts' advice to go on to Arden and eat at 12 Bones bbq. Next time we stay there we'll hike the trails either at Amaris Farms or in the Pisgah National Forest. Daniel says he can cook a hearty stew or soup for us upon request and just add it to our bill. They have a good selection of enjoyable wines and beers which we enjoyed with our Wendy's takeout order, but Daniel and prepared two wonderful breakfasts for us. I'd never had a Swiss omelet before, but it's a jelly-roll version of a quiche, a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. The staff was phenomenal in every aspect from resetting our fireplace each day (and even lighting a fire for us outside) as we sat on the beautiful communal terrace overlooking the mountains during the first snowfall to making us tea whenever we came into the communal areas. I have never felt more restored, and the food while limited because we did the full Panchakarma detox, was lovingly prepared in a beautiful setting. The people that work here really care about the guests and all the details to make it a memorable experience. The therapists were all top notch and I felt we had the perfect blend of yoga and a few activities in between treatments and loved the encouragement to listen to our bodies and take rest to heal. I left feeling restored and prepared with staff support via calls and texts when I got home to continue the detox. I look forward to returning.
