Coop travel had really nice seats and the lady asked me if i was ok and i told her was just there to change the currency and she told me where the counter was. It it sign posted but i didnt notice but they were not rude about it were nice. I just felt silly and they didn't make it worse but only one girls was nice rest were rude. The staff are very helpful, and they'll supply you with free brochures and flyers for the region and local attractions. There is even an on-site library with books relating to the region. What brought me there at first was the quest for internet - and because wi-fi and laptops are so widely used, there is almost nowhere else in the city where you can get to use a pc connected to the internet at a very reasonable price.
