As another reviewer pointed out, if it seems she has high turnover in a reception position you should understand that it's only for your benefit. She expects a gold standard in her employees and I appreciate that she is so discerning. I'm afraid Jennifer C might just be a disgruntled ex employee who didn't make the grade and so maybe you as a Yelp Searcher should consider that when making your choice. Her only two reviews use 'unprofessional and unethical' in a very loose fashion. I do not think those words mean what you think they mean.
