Went in with the hopes of having an adjustment as I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and experiencing some lower back pain. Upon my visit I noticed multiple patients walking around unmasked. This was my first red flag. I met with the dr. where he immediately made me feel uncomfortable asking if he could take his mask off to which he sensed my discomfort and kept it on. Yet he would periodically pull it under his nose throughout the duration of our visit. Second red flag. 3rd red flag came when he asked me to lay on my stomach (28 weeks pregnant) with no belly outlet and began pushing on my back. He proceeded to finish up with my exam and then agreed I needed to be adjusted. Here is the best part, he then told me he would not feel comfortable giving me an adjustment without meeting my husband first. I was shocked. He saw my sudden confusion and then had the audacity to question whether I was in a happy marriage or not. At this point I'm crawling out of my own skin, paid the $85 for nothing and got out of there and cancelled my next appointment. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a professional medical office in my life. I will say, the rest of the staff was more than pleasant, I don't know what kind of business they are running over there but STAY AWAY. Unprofessional, sexist, and over all creepy. read more

I was a patient from 2019 to 2021 the adjustments were standard and after awhile it felt like being on a car factory assembly line. I expected personal care but got conveyor belt routine maintenance......when a pinched nerve flare up occurred I was told to work it out myself with a warm wet towel........the following visit when I complained I was treated with a condescending wall of apathy, dismissive responses and a Napoleonic psychopathy no one should ever endure.....especially when you are experiencing alot of pain. When everything is going right you get "smiles" but when it doesn't "you are to blame." They have the option to keep treating you or to simply discard you. Its expensive and not worth it. read more
