They said she was the best and I agree!!! I suffered a back injury way back in May of 2021. It was a very sharp pain in the center of my back very low almost where my butt crack was. I simply tried to self medicate, stretch and play tennis through the pain. It wasn't until November of 2021 when I finally said to myself enough is enough. I was laying on the tennis court after drills in pain as I often did after a match or drill! I called Dr Jen to help try and fix the issue. I found out through an MRI that I had an S1 disc herniation and along with that was constant painful sciatica in the glutes down to the hamstrings radiating to my ankle. Doc already knew what the issue was based on my symptoms and was treating me with several techniques to relieve my pain. Graston, ART, Laser and the decompression table. She worked with me and her team to find the best results. She asked for input on how certain settings on the decompression table felt until we found THE one that helped me the most. I like the fact that she was listening to my issues, making adjustments and very patient with me because at times I may have come off frustrated not at her but myself for waiting so long to do rehab. (6 months) I thought fixing my back injury would take a few sessions, but not the case for me. I stuck with Dr Jen and her team, visited her twice a week religiously and I can say my back has been feeling 100% strong since January. The sciatica has finally gone from the constant pain to the most minute issue. I wouldn't even call it an issue. I'll be continuing with Dr Jen for maintenance and work on any other ailments on my body that may arise. One thing I will say is AS SOON as you feel some pain in any part of your body call Dr Jen and Sports Rehabilitation and Chiropractic! I wish I did as she might have fixed me sooner, but I'm glad I finally called. Her and her team are the best around! Thanks Dr Jen for everything you've done to get me back on the courts!! Dr. Tom is a very personable, attentive, and patient doctor! On my first visit, he asked a lot of thorough questions about my pain history and any related injuries. I got X-rays taken, and we spent a significant amount of time looking at them together. I never felt rushed, and I felt very encouraged to ask as many questions as I wanted. Dr. Tom answered all of them for me! I've been going to the practice for nearly a month now, and while I'm still healing, I've been able to return to gym activities without feeling held back from pain. I still choose to modify workouts as needed, but it's nothing like it used to be before I decided to go to the doctor, so I am a true believer! Plus, now when my back acts up a little, I bounce back so much faster (hours versus days). The staff is also really kind and funny! Everyone takes good care of you. It's a pleasant office to visit. The front desk has to be one of the best I've ever experienced when it comes to making, changing, and cancelling appointments. I also love that you can text the front desk with appointment change info (or even questions for Dr. Tom, which he does reply to!), which makes life easier when you're in the middle of work and realize you have to change an appointment, but you can't quite step away for a phone call and/or don't want to risk getting put on hold (which has never happened here, but it's just another reason why using the texting feature is so convenient that I love it)! I highly recommend giving Dr. Tom's practice a chance.

The office was closed on Friday. So during the whole weekend my husband had to deal with his pain. His next appointment was on Monday. But guess what? No adjustment again.
