My insurance company processed my claims and according the contractual agreement this provider has with the insurance company they over charged me. I have been calling this office, sending emails since September of last year and the office manager Mirna has ignored my request to issue a refund on an over payment. My insurance company has called them numerous times as was told by them that they would take care of it but to this day they have not. It is absolutely insane that a well established practice would do business this way. I will never go back to visit this doctor and will never recommend anyone going there.

I filled out a clipboard full of paperwork and was then taken for an x-ray. Withing a few minutes, Dr. Vora entered the exam room. He is young and very professional as well as being so laid back and nice. He assured me that I was on the road to recovery and it may just take a little extra time for the fractured bone to heal. The office was bright and clean and the x-ray maching only took a few minutes and I was happy that I was able to get that done in office. I was a very happy patient and would definitely recommend this doctor for all your podiatrist needs.

Was left on the machine momentarily then after went to the bathroom. When I returned to the room, the Dr examined my foot, and all was well until I left the office and realized someone went into my purse and took cash from my wallet. They replaced the smaller notes in a different direction than I had it previously in and hence the reason I know for a fact someone violated my privacy and belongings in a doctor's office. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date. Totally unacceptable for an office with professionals that took an oath. A police report has been filed. I hope this did not happen to anyone else that visited this office.

Like many kids, my child was terrified at first when it came to the anesthesia needles. However, Dr. Busillo handled the entire treatment with absolute compassion, care, and dedication. He directly addressed her fears, patiently took the time to explain the procedure, and reassured her that the needle wouldn't hurt. He even blew up a medical glove like a balloon to make her laugh, turning a scary situation into a comfortable, confident environment. Dr. Busillo truly took his time during the procedure, making sure everything was done the right way. After two weeks, we came back for a follow-up visit. Thanks to the trust built during our first visit, Dr. Busillo treated the other side of her ingrown toenail with complete confidence and ease. Thanks to his exceptional medical knowledge and gentle bedside manner, my child felt completely safe, and the issue was fully cured. The office staff is equally fantastic--always helpful, friendly, and respectful from the moment you walk through the door. I cannot recommend Dr. Busillo enough to any parent looking for expert, compassionate podiatry care for their family!
