The lovely woman who answered the phone was able so I could get an appt. was so nice. She was able to get me a same day appt. which was great. I filled out a clipboard full of paperwork and was then taken for an x-ray. Withing a few minutes, Dr. Vora entered the exam room. He is young and very professional as well as being so laid back and nice. He assured me that I was on the road to recovery and it may just take a little extra time for the fractured bone to heal. The office was bright and clean and the x-ray maching only took a few minutes and I was happy that I was able to get that done in office. I was a very happy patient and would definitely recommend this doctor for all your podiatrist needs.

When I returned to the room, the Dr examined my foot, and all was well until I left the office and realized someone went into my purse and took cash from my wallet. They replaced the smaller notes in a different direction than I had it previously in and hence the reason I know for a fact someone violated my privacy and belongings in a doctor's office. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date. Totally unacceptable for an office with professionals that took an oath. A police report has been filed. I hope this did not happen to anyone else that visited this office.

It goes straight through my shoe, straight into my foot, like it was trying to audition for the role of "Most Painful Thing Ever." But wait -- it gets better. That one tack triggered a fall so dramatic it could've been scored by an orchestra. I didn't just hurt my foot -- I hurt 80% of my entire body. Full wipeout. I dropped like a sack of potatoes off a third-story balcony. It left me, already handicapped, in even worse shape than before. I should've gotten a medal for Most Unnecessary Acrobatics. Enter: Dr. Bell a podiatrist with the calm confidence of a man who has seen feet far worse than mine (which, frankly, is impressive). He took one look at my wrecked feet and ankles and said, "Okay. We're going to fix this." No panic. No nonsense. Just a clear, compassionate plan that instantly made me feel like I wasn't alone in this painful, absurd situation. He: Ordered imaging right away Diagnosed the damage thoroughly Walked me (pun intended) through multiple surgeries I'd need Treated me with total respect and understanding for my handicap And most importantly... didn't laugh at the fact that a single tack brought me down like the Titanic His bedside manner? Top tier. He explained everything in detail -- with patience, professionalism, and zero medical snobbery. I asked a million questions. He answered every one. I truly believe if I had ended up with anyone else, I'd still be lying on the ground, holding my foot and yelling at roofing contractors. But instead, I'm recovering -- slowly but surely -- with the help of someone who actually cares. Dr Bell made me a pair of orthotics, $400. They weren't right, so he rescheduled me for 2 weeks…read morelater while they got remade. They weren't there at the 2 weeks, so they said they would call me when ready. After 5 weeks and several phone calls I respectfully requested that the Dr call me, and they said he would. 6 weeks has now gone by and he won't return my call. I asked to have him call me to explain why/what is happening with my remake, and he never did, even though his receptionist assured me he would call back. He abandoned my treatment, and I did nothing to deserve it. Also, he tried to charge me a copay for every visit even though I paid in full for the orthotics, and was told insurance doesn't cover them. They forgave that bill, but then tried to charge my insurance $500.00. Don't choose him!

The doctor and his staff are amazing, I went in for varicose veins and I am more than pleased with the treatment I received. 11-16-22 Embarrassed…read moreto say I came here as I had an itchy bottom of my left foot. The skin was getting really thick and it itches between my toes. Note I tried a walk in clinic of CVS and it was a waste of time and money. Dr. took samples off my foot and gave me a prescription. I can't believe at my age I have athletes foot. In high school I ran track and no athletes foot than. But makes sense it breeds in hot warm moist areas. Dry my feet better after showering as well as I had on rubber boots and put them on bare foot and wore them all day. Dr. recommends spraying them with Lysol to kill germs. After a couple of visits I am cured. Nice location close to home and feee parking in their lot or on the street.
