I'm sitting at WokShop right now, drinking my green tea and waiting to leave without having had anything to eat. My friend and I came in specifically for the Phat Thai, which they only offer with shrimp. Not only wasn't my friend not allowed to substitute chicken for the shrimp, I wasn't even allowed to OMIT the shrimp entirely (I'm allergic). Explanation: the chef is too busy. Apparently they only have one chef - but three waitresses, who mainly stood around. While we were finishing our drinks, which unfortunately we had already ordered, we were asked to change tables too. Finally, the prices they list outside are not what they charge you for dining in. All in all - Very bad customer experience! read more

I've only been here once so far, so I'm not sure if we were just lucky or the standard has been raised since some of the other reviews. A friend and I ordered some take away one the phone to be picked up 20 minutes later. Got there exactly 19 minutes later and the dishes was almost ready except for one. Waited a few minutes more and we left the place. A 10 minutes walk later and we were ready to eat our delicious food. The taste and the texture was so good. I really enjoyed every bit of the food and for two persons two dishes was plenty! I'll definitely visit this place again sometime soon. read more

I had the option of a free meal and delivery, which my wife and I accepted. The delivery was good, it arrived a minute and a half after the time we asked for. Not too shabby and the food was fine. We had: Appetizers - Kylling satay - Wonton Main course - Pha-Naeng Neua - Thai Green Curry There was plenty of it, far more than we could eat. Go somewhere else unless you're in the mood for some serious waiting, obnoxious service and mediocre food where they most likely will forget what you requested - and they will literally not care. This place USED to be very nice, and obviuosly they still think they are based on the way they act and treat their guests. And the food is just not worth it. We ordered take away and asked for spicy. We can see that our food is ready (main course w Rice) and we can see the waitress just standing around and the kitchen personnel cleaning. We asked if that was our food, and we got the response that the kitchen would tell her when its ready.. Another waitress comes 5 mins after and we ask again. She says yes, that its ours so she goes into the kitchen and takes some rice to go with it and we thank and pay. When we got home to eat it was cold (obviuosly bc it had been standing for 10 mins just waiting to be passed to us) and not spicy as we had asked for. I'm pretty sure you'll get a better experience at either 'thai sweet basil' or 'Suphan' just around the corner. I would encourage no one to go there. Excellent Thai food, definately one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. Even satay sauce, which I generally don't like, was tasty! This is a very social venue too, unless you are already in a big group you will get to meet some new people. You can't book in advance so you may have to wait to get a table but there is a bar across the street or a couple of tables opposite the front desk where you can enjoy a beverage and appetisers! read more

Good food but really awkward guy as a waiter. He keeps saying the soup I ordered is really really spicy and and kept asking if I was sure about my decision etc. and witnessed some other strange interactions with customers. Nice interior and location! read more

Great place for a casual dinner without the typical and annoying pseudo Asian ambience. Very good and authentic Thai food. We had Tom Ka Gai soup, Green Curry and Red Curry Duck, all really excellent, better than in most Thai restaurants in Europe. Great service, very friendly an everyone speaks perfect English - as everywhere in Scandinavia. It's a rather hip place, mainly young people and pretty loud. Chances are good that you get seated on one table with other guests. read more

As many others expressed it this is simply a BAD PLACE. It looks super authentic and cozy but looks are deceiving! Worst waiter service due too: - unenthusiastic waiters - ignoring waiters - deliberately slow and arrogant service Food: - Mellow and uninteresting Thai food especially no. 13. My taste buds felt so screwed. - Ordered the dish to be spicy. That did not happen. 5 stars though for poor service and the most uninteresting thai food I have ever had. I had the phat neua namman hoi after my friends recommended it to me. It was stir fried beef with mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots and broccoli. It comes with rice as well. Portions are a bit big and you can get pretty full from an entree. I recommend getting a few dishes to share with friends and do it family style. read more

Had a Thai massage earlier on the day so felt like continuing with the theme. My friend suggested this place and the food is really nice. The only problem is the staff. Everywhere in Copenhagen we have had an amazing friendly service. This restaurant felt a bit of an exception. One of the waitresses was somehow unfriendly. In general, it made me feel that the staff were too cool for us! Maybe it was just me...but if you want to know the longer story here I go. I'm a vegetarian and there was only two vegetarian options in the menu (they have over 30 dishes) I asked if I could have Vegetable Pad Thai which wasn't on their menu as a veggie option, but the waitress said they didn't change their dishes. Fair enough, but at least she could have asked the chef? In most Thai places they do that's why I asked. In summary, I didn't feel like they wanted to accommodate for vegetarians. We have been eating in vegetarian restaurants for the whole holiday and I felt it wasn't fair on my non veggie friend so that's why we tried for a regular restaurant. read more

Nice ambience and friendly waiter. I enjoyed my duck curry with rice. It was super busy on a Tuesday night, but we got seated quite quickly, and the food arrived in like 5 mins after we ordered (not sure if that's necessarily a good thing) but it tasted all very nice. read more
