July 13 with it still shaking and vibrating after they said that they test drove it and it was OK to pick up , unfortunately, that wasn't the truth The motor mounts was missing two of them and it was an obvious with the work they had just done with it being right above the transmission. I had to take my car way out to the other autoshop in Belvedere just to get that fixed. This place is a big joke from the management on now. I wouldn't. recommend this place to a dog !! Especially if you're a girl they will play you like you're dumb

Otherwise great service and wash quality. Left my white car spotless.

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.

Took my Jeep SRT in for a ceramic coating and it came out looking like a completely new car! Very pleased on how it looks, super thankful for how informative the owner broke down and explain the process of paint correction/ceramic application and to why its important to protect our paint. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.
