Walking distance from co mention center, a but sketchy at night, but safe. The restaurant was small and just had one guy running the front of house, but he did a great job. I got 2 egg rolls, 2 shrimp spring rolls and a thai coconut noodle soup with chicken. It was ready in 15 mins. The food was hot and flavorful. The noodle soup was a good portion and rich with coconut milk. I could have skipped the shrimp spring rolls, but egg rolls with nice and crisp. I would definitely recommend for a comforting meal on a cold night!

My family has a lake house in Saskatoon so every time we venture down, we always make a stop here…read more The AYCE is so much cheaper here than it is anywhere in Edmonton, where i'm from. They're an average AYCE place when it comes to the food and service. Nothing "wows" me, but it's pretty cheap for the assortment that you get. It's around $21 at the moment for dinner for adults, which is a great deal when there's a lot of options you can choose from. The sushi and sashimi selections are basic, but the fish could definitely be fresher. Given it is in the middle of Saskatchewan, I never complain. Sushi is sushi! I recommend taking a picture of the sheet that you fill out in order to make sure you get ALL your items. They tend to skimp out and not give you the actual amount you ordered, especially on tempura. As I mentioned earlier, the service is also pretty average for any ayce sushi restaurant. The service isn't great, most of the time I find they're pretty rude, but that's usually how it is in most AYCE restaurants. If they were to work on the service aspect, I believe this restaurant would be frequented much more.

I ordered the roast beef dinner as it has been a long time since I had roast beef. What a disappointment. Instead of being presented like the picture in the menu, I got a pasta bowl with everything covered in gravy. The potatoes were instant potatoes, instead of nicely cut roast beef, it looked like it was torn off the roast and vegetables were at a minimum. I looked around at my party's plates and they all got nicely presented plates with what they wanted. If it was not for my friend letting me eat her fries, I would have gone home hungry. Grainfields, I expected a lot more from you cause I know you you can do it.

The Smashed Cucumber dressed in Garlic Sauce appetizer is about the best dish tonight. Place is a bit dingy, something I would overlook if food is good. Unfortunately both food and ambience failed tremendously.
