My project dragged on and we have finally just gotten settled enough to think about window treatments. When I called Karen back, she was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. She really listened to my needs and made suggestions that were best for individual spaces...and she nailed it! Our blinds were installed last week and we are beyond thrilled with the quality, looks, and professional, quick installation. In fact, we've decided to add blinds to more spaces after seeing how great they look. I should add that also reached out to another company for a quote and they're price was double and the owner made zero effort to offer any input or to follow up. I proactively provided feedback on the pricing and the owner didn't even respond.
