So you lied to him. I tried to give them another chance and had to chase him for 2 weeks.. by the time they finally ended up at my door I was frankly sick of it and told them we found someone else. . The first job they did was very good but I guess they don't want repeat business. :( The owner seems to dispute that this happened but it did. I took a day off work for no one to show up to my home and to be treated like I was too stupid to check a camera. They DO honest work but the scheduling part is a pain. That's why I give them 3 stars.

It was a little bit to coordinate because of the fascia board component - remove gutters, tear off old fascia board aluminum wrap, tear off roof, install new fascia board and hurricane clips, install new roof, caulk and paint fascia board, reinstall gutters.
