We were told it should not be a problem on a Tuesday night & were excited! Joann was so friendly when we checked in. She went over the box & the WOD with us, reassuring us we can scale as needed. She was so friendly & nice. The WOD was intense, but we needed it after eating out for almost a week. I had so much energy after & know I will be sleeping incredibly well! It also opens at 5am which is super hard to find around here. There are roughly 5 racks and a bench, I think one was a smithy, plenty of machines/dumbbells, and a wide matted area. Also surprisingly lots of leg press machines. Only $15 euro a day. You have to make an account in their app for day passes, or if the owner is there getting in his lift, you can instead tap pay him.
