He showed up, exited his taxi (beat up minivan) smoked a cigarette and threw his cigarette in our garden in front of our doors where our American flag flies proudly. If their drivers refuse to respect our property, flag and insist on littering while making their personal bad habits their customer's problems, then I think we need to use someone else. read more

This is the business in Chillicothe mo. Don't have enough drivers to pick people up. Left me stranded for two and a half hours. Will not pick up there Business phone. If you are looking for someone to pick you DO NOT CALL THEM ... if they even pick up. I wish I could give the zero stars but that's not a option. Very unorganized. All of there stuff is very rude. I wish I could give them 0 stars. MTM sets my rides through my insurance and I was diagnosed with lung cancer. About a month ago I had an appointment with my pulmonologist and they cancelled at the last minute, luckily they got me in later in the day and a neighbor took me. I had an appointment this week and the driver arrived ten minutes before my appointment, so the Dr had to reschedule for over two and a half months later. I have an aneurysm that was bleeding and they cancelled the day of my surgery. They are a constant no show or way too late. read more

Well....I didn't use them so not quite sure how to review them.....I called and ordered a taxi for a ride to a local restaurant from a hotel. They quoted the rate and all was good....I had to change clothes told them I'd call back in about 15 minutes to schedule the pickup. So....when I called back the lady said the taxi has left town and we can't help you....I asked her what would've happened if I'd actually booked and gotten a ride to the restaurant? Would I just have been stuck there? She said "I guess so" sure glad I didn't use them nor would I trust them in the future. read more

I had a flat tire one morning. I decided to use the local taxi service to take my son,a spare tire, and myself to my sons school,then to dawn where my car was. I had to wait on the driver to call Brian Doyle to find out the amount of fare. He told me 35 dollars. I thought it was a lil expensive but i told them ok. On the way i cancelled the trip to the school, which made trip 4 mile less than it was. The price was still the same 35 dollars. i went to pay the driver and he couldnt make change. I only had two twentys and he could'nt make change for that. i know Brian Doyle who claims to be the owner. I told the driver that i would just get it from him. Brian calls my mother and says "He would bring it by later". Its now been 3 months and ive still not seen him. So noit only did i have to pay for 4 miles that they didnt have to drive. They r4ipped me off for they five dollars they could'nt make change for. I caught Brian the other day and asked why he had'nt payed the five dollars? He says what you worried about your mother paid for it. Not only did say its ok because i ripped off your mother not you. He ripped me off for the 4 miles i shortened the trip. The Taxi that i was riding in did'nt have a heater and it was cold out that morning. So would i recommend absolutely not. Besides since when does a disabled person have the right to own and operate a business? I thought if you were disabled you were disabled. So not only is he frauding the government he is frauding every single person that hires him. read more
