When I came back the next day, the owner Andrew handed it back with a shattered screen, as well as a foul order coming from it. When I used the VGA port to see the state of my computer, I noticed that he added more viruses to the computer, as well as a video of him smearing fecal matter around his room. -10/10, would absolutely never recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. This was absolutely not worth the $100 I paid him.

Because of that video, I am now no longer allowed to be near within 100 feet of a school since the entire state of Missouri thinks I actually wanted the abomination to mankind on my precious hardrive to begin with. Overall, being in the same room as that guy makes me feel like a gosh darn sperm bank. Absolutely demonic. If you want to get your PC cleaned of all the viruses collected from adult websites, you would probably have much better luck sending that godd*** thing to Joe Biden's son because at least all he'll do is snort coke on it. Or better yet, why not the prime minister of Canada. It's easy! Just tie your piece of sh** hardware to a bottle of diet coke and mentos, shake it, toss it in the air high enough with the bottle cap slightly loosened so that when it hits the ground, the bottle opens from the pressure, and watch the son of a b**** blast off into the sky over the freaking northern border.

I went as far as going to their website and realized it was a little too fishy and generic to be right. I called the girl who does my website and she confirmed it was bs. I went back to the paper and actually read the entirety of it and saw it for what it is. I mean it so looked like it could be legit. Also the name is so generic it could seem legit? No phone call, no email, just not bother to show up. Their invoices don't specify what services you are being billed for. I cancelled our Ad in writing with months of notice. I never heard from them again until I received an invoice for the service I had cancelled. I contacted them at that time to be told that they had run the ad DESPITE our written cancellation. I have a "Read" receipt confirming that they received the cancellation but chose to ignore it and not bother to notify me that it wasn't acceptable, allowed or any other communication advising of their intent. Auto renewals despite cancellations appear to be a thing if any of the reviews I've read are to be believed. They have now sent us to collections even though the circumstances were discussed with Anne Marie. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been an Accredited Business in the Fayetteville area with them since 1978. We have excellent credit but refuse to be bullied into paying for a Service we cancelled particularly by a Company we've had a business relationship with for almost 30 years! If this is the legacy LocalEdge - Hearst Media chooses to go out with, we definitely made the right decision in severing business ties to them. In reading the numerous negative reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolatted event but more like common practice. I don't know if their practices are illegal, but I do know that they are unethical and would caution anyone considering a business relationship with them to reconsider.
