Not able to keep an eye on and adequately treat all children equally. We brought our 2.5 year old son to them. In one group, the educators did not let go of mobile phones and were constantly distracted from the children, they were also rude to all the children, not only to our son. They were dragged by the hands like a rag, although children have weak joints and are easily damaged and they are easily damaged. Once during a quiet hour, the educator began to shake my son like crazy, since he could not sleep, I was in shock! Already then it was necessary to take him out of this hell! These were not educators, but simply gendarmes !! Then they transferred to another group, and every time one of the children pushed or hit my child, this was considered the norm, but if my son hit back at someone, or took away a toy or pushed someone, they called and tantrums became obsolete. On the last day of my son's stay in the kindergarten, I saw how two children beat him during lunch, where the educators and where they looked was not clear! I called and asked what was going on? But the hostess of the kindergarten still blames my child, hangs up, is rude, and moreover, she accused me of being rude to her! and hangs up again. I call back, the hostess assistant picks up the phone, I start talking to her and I hear the hostess aggressively yelling nasty things about me in the background! Just nonsense!
