Keep up the good work--so far I am only familiar with Joe Chili-in time I'll catch up with the rest. You definitely play the very best old and current--you had me hooked when I heard "Shallow". Best wishes for many many more years on Buffalo radio. Joan Schwinn

I'm really surprised at how well my custom board book turned out--it looks really professional…read more(much better printing quality than I've gotten from printing other types of photo books at Shutterfly, etc.) This is also the only company I could find that lets you make your board book totally custom--you don't have to use their templates. Since I wanted to make a storybook board book using my sister's illustrations and my father's story, I didn't want to use a template where you just plug in photos. (But if you want that, they have that option as well.) It was really easy--I just uploaded all the illustrations and put them on each page. It turned out like a book I would buy in a store--on the white pages, the ink is raised, so it has an embossed look I really like as well. They also had really great customer service. I was worried about this getting here in time for my daughter's first birthday, so I emailed them. They responded immediately that they would rush the order (even though I only paid for regular shipping) and I got it in a little over a week. This was two weeks earlier than I was anticipating. I'll definitely use them again whenever I need to make another board book. My only qualm is that the shipping costs are so high. The board book itself is very reasonable ($36) especially for the quality, but paying over $20 in shipping seems like a lot. I know they can't really control that, and I know they're a small company and not Amazon. Personally, I would rather pay $50 for the board book and $6 for the shipping--even though it's the same total cost, then the money is going towards the company to make these high quality books and not the shipping. This book is so meaningful to me and my 1-year-old daughter because my father told her this story and he died only a few months after she was born. When I read her this book every day, I feel like he can still be part of her life. (She has also destroyed a couple other store-bought board books, but this one still is holding strong!)

This was the first time we tried Pint Size Productions, ordering a Custom Board Book for a toddler…read more There were both positives and negatives with this experience, a concise review is below: Positives: * The interface is fairly easy to use. You can bleed images across pages, manipulate font size, color, etc., depending on which style ordered. * They processed the order quickly. * It shipped and arrived on-time. * I asked a support question by email and got a prompt response. Negatives * The book won't lie flat, like the children's cardboard books you buy in a bookstore. * You can't weight them (put a weight on them) to make them lie flat. * The photo image quality is fair, not great. And the photos don't have a glossy image like the rest of the page. * Value: At $25, we were looking for a higher quality product. Words and phrases I'd use to describe the product include: Not bad, fair, adequate, good enough to not warrant a return. Would I order this again? I'd try different vendors, to see if they offered a better solution, or a better value.

I can tell it's because he feels overwhelmed. I say that because I was attempting to place an order before I could finish getting wrote up what I initially said and gave me my ticket to pay in the front. As I attempted to tell him that didn't complete my order he dismissed me and waited on other patrons. Okay . His behavior and manorizms lead us to believe he was tired or overwhelmed or both. Perhaps he didn't realize what he was. Getting into when took the position for employment. So I ordered 30 wings extra extra crispy. The person with me ordered ten wings and a slice of pizza. That's a $5 special. Cheap right?!?!?! Super cheap. He gave here 15 wings and charged her $7.50. considering she knew she would likely only wat 5 of the wings she informed the gentleman the order was incorrect. He took her food and put 5 wings back into the open bins where patrons can come on and get winds already made. He did the same thing when I came back to get my order. My wings were soft. I took my finger nail and looked into them telling him theses are soft. He snatch the container and put them in with the other wings. more happened but my issue is by health code regulations he was supposed to throw those out once I touched them. Actually once they are packed if I refuse it it's supposed to be thrown. I know for a fact many places don't abide by that. I've seen it for myself. I did say that Ure not supposed to put then back in there but I don't think he was listening to me. In the front of the store the people are always very polite and nice to me. To bad the left 5 crates of milk out stand by the cooler. It was warm to my touch so I'm assuming it was there for hours and hours. Also a crate of upstate farms orange juice. They put it away as I waited for my food. That's not cool someone may get sick. Hopefully that doesn't happen. I'm just informing folks. Nice people in the store primarily, The just need to tighten a few things up. Oh and I had a steak sub mad by the little Hispanic guy in the back OMG! Freaking delicious and it was $6.99 for a full large sub!!
