The stadium is very clean, and the layout makes it easy to get around without feeling chaotic. Parking was smooth thanks to the nearby parking garage, which made arrival and departure stress free. The exterior of the stadium has a classic, almost Rome Coliseum-like vibe that gives it a grand, historic feel as you navigate around. Food wise, I decided to try the chicken tenders with a side of tater tots. The chicken tenders were decent, and the tater tots were too crunchy like it was overcooked. All in all, it's a nice stadium with good facilities, clean spaces, and a beautiful stadium exterior that stands out. It's worth a visit for games and special events, even if the concession food could use some improvement.

Oski's Village is open three hours before kickoff for every home game. Our experience featured a chicken and waffle food truck, local brews from Almanac, an amazing live music performance (and conga line thru the crowd), an Oski appearance, fun kiddo/adult lawn games/entertainment, photo ops, and more festivities. It's been a minute since I've been to this Stadium, and I will say it's a beauty! I dig the local collabs with food and bev, awesome staff, and just nostalgic feels within the interior/exterior. And the marching band...the marching band! We def sat in the nosebleeds, but even the crowd is super cool and kiddo-friendly. There's just something about a hometown college team that you can't do anything but smile and root for..also, my college didn't have a football team so maybe that's a bias :)) All in all, Oski's Village made it quite the experience for everyone..appreciate game day inclusivity for young ones too! We took BART to/from the game, supporting East Bay transpo + athletics thru and thru. Highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time!

Here are two of the preview videos that were run before the show: Preview #1: Rialto Cinemas promo featuring a clip of Sean Baker's Oscar speech in which he advocates for movie studios to continue producing and releasing films specifically for live cinema, because contemporary American society is heavily divided, and going to the movies in a theater alongside other people in one's community helps push back against that divide by bringing people together in a shared experience. Preview #2: Land acknowledgment showing the theater's own public affiliation to one hotly contested political extreme, making some audience members feel allied in tribal loyalty to the theater, while other audience members feel alienated and outraged before they even get to the main attraction. Which one is it, Rialto Cinemas? Are you trying to bring people together, or rip them apart? You're a private business, and you can do whichever one you like. Have the courage to pick.

The only issue I have is since the seats are on elongated stone steps, so the person sitting behind me at one show was tapping their foot on my jeans. Going to the Greek is always a good time. The vibes, ambiance, and sound system are so dialed in, I can't imagine a bad concert here. I've seen all types of shows (EDM, Indie, R&B, Reggae) and it truly never disappoints. On this last visit, we got there after the opener so it was already pretty packed. As I get older, dealing with the crowds and being in the pit isn't for me anymore. Luckily we were able to grab a seat at their viewing deck located on the top left of the stage. It had a few levels with seats and a bar type thing to put food and drinks on. It was honestly the most comfortable I've been at a concert. Nobody in front or behind us, and so much room! Although I ate a hefty snack before the event, I still ended up with some tater tots, nachos, and couple of beers. I think for 2 drinks and the nachos it was close to $60 with tip, so definitely normal for concert venue prices. The nacho cheese was cold but oh well I still enjoyed them. Definitely looking forward to returning in October to see Jungle!

Hi Sharon L: I read the post about your BPI experience and felt sad that it wasn't more rewarding…read more In 1973 I was aged 31, in Sydney, Australia and my then-current circumstances were keeping me depressed and discouraged. I started having the conviction that I would find a solution in Berkeley and I arrived there in late 1973. I went to Moe's bookshop and picked up a book at random, saw the words "Berkeley Psychic Institute" (BPI), returned the book, asked the shop assistant where that place was and walked there. I've never looked back. One of the students gave me a healing as I sat in the front room weeping copiously. (In their old Regent St. location.) They let me go there every day through the 3 weeks wait for the next Meditation class. Karen, the teacher, got me started on life improvement. I spent 8 years at the Berkeley and Santa Rosa institutes, taking classes, going to Church and to healing clinics and, after I finished the basic classes, to new ones (e.g. Kundalini and Healing III). Then I repeated them all as I was in far less pain and could learn more. I played violin in the BPI church services and conducted the Marin County parish choir and the combined choir. I also wrote songs and last I heard, 9 of them were in the Church songbook. We had annual concerts. That whole 8-year experience was the pivot of my life, turning me around from the pain and gloom of my early years to my current sunny life. Now I'm 80 years old, living in Illinois near my older son and in close touch with my younger son in NY. I'm perpetually happy! BPI taught me how to ground off other people's energy, how to run colors through my aura to clean it out, and how to stay in present time. I'm an introverted person but I see the funny or ironic side of things and I think my good spirits are helping many people here to cheer up. This is a group home for older folks. My husband (also a BPI graduate) died years ago of cancer and I grew tired of living alone. Here I'm about to start a singing group and I'll accompany the songs on my guitar (which I played often at BPI's church services when I wasn't playing the violin). Every day I thank Lewis Bostwick for founding that Institute as well as Richard, Michael and Karen for their good teaching. If anyone is feeling down in the mouth and needs some boosting, take yourself to Berkeley, CA and go to the Berkeley Psychic Institute (BPI). You'll acquire information and skills there that no other place will teach you. It comes from ancient Egypt via the Rosicrucians. There's a large Rosicrucian temple in San Jose, CA with a museum of ancient Egyptian artefacts. Lewis Bostwick, a California boy, a born psychic, and founder of BPI had been a student there and had also traveled a lot looking for psychic company and information,. Right now, I'm reading a novel by Dan Brown called The da Vinci Code which refers to the Rosicrucians. They were very influential and shared priceless information. My grandmother in Sydney belonged to a Rosicrucian group. The rose is an ancient symbol used at BPI in energy work. I'm sorry your reading was unsatisfactory, Sharon. Sounds as if the reader was not very experienced and was glued to the basic outline of a reading. Perhaps you could find more experienced graduates, or a teacher, and ask them to focus the reading on your questions instead of their pre-set procedure. Or perhaps you've already done that. My best wishes for your spiritual life!

Also very manipulative they don't read you organically they ask questions about your personal life upfront. They are supposed to be professional psychics they should be able to read me without me telling them anything. The essence of professional reading is that they says is very little that is accurate. Maybe 5% of what they sis true. It is was generic mumble jumbo terms they use. If you are looking for a professional gifted psychic that tells you specific events and can provide accurate information without you spoon feeding it them, please don't bother.
