Years before I had hired Witt Law Group PS to defend me for a DUI case. The resolution achieved was the best I could get, so when I needed help with a minor felony charge, I called up Ryan again. He got me in for an appointment to review my case the next day. He read all the paperwork, listened to my story, and was immediately able to tell me the concerns he had and what my possible resolutions could be. I thought I was facing jail time, and as far as I knew prison time. To make things worse, in the time since the offense I had started a family, finished one college and was close to graduating with my BA from WWU. He assured me that my years spent in self-improvement would greatly help my case and that I should just stay out of trouble, focus on my family, and finish my studies. All the rest he would take care of, and that's exactly what he did. When it came time to strike a deal with the state Ryan informed me of the PACT program. Basically it was a second chance where you stay out of trouble and the charge would be dropped after one year. He told me it wasn't a high probability of getting this deal and not to get my hopes up. Well for once he was wrong and he called me back an hour later to let me know that the prosecution accepted it. He is a miracle worker that puts every client's individual needs first. We got the deal done and I let him know that his services were worth every cent and that my family is greatly indebted to him. If I ever need criminal legal help again (which I won't!) he is first and last on my list of lawyers. If you're in a bind and you want the best help and can't afford to pay huge legal bills, call him. You never know how much of a difference a private law firm makes. Don't trust you're freedom and your family's welfare to public defenders. Call Witt Law Group PS right now! read more

I was arrested for a DUI in July of 2019. Before Witt Law Group, I didn't know what to do. I felt lost. I was scared, nervous, and just felt like I messed my whole entire life up. I didn't know what was going to happen to me. Once I met with Ryan, he reassured me that I will be okay, and we will figure it all out one day at a time. Being a full time student, only working part time, I financially couldn't afford an attorney, but Ryan worked with me on a payment plan that worked effectively with my budget. He made sure I understood the whole legal process that I'll be going through, and the steps for me to get the best outcome that we could. Throughout the process, Ryan handled everything like it was his own case in a very professional manner. He was on top of all of my paperwork, my classes, my court dates, and making sure I, personally, knew exactly what was going on with my case. Communication is key when working with an attorney, and Ryan was always available to answer my questions, regardless of the time of day. Overall, thanks to Witt Law group I was able to get my charged reduced down to a Negligent Driving in the 1st degree, which is honestly the best outcome we could have gotten considering my case. In the beginning, I was lost and anxious, but Ryan and his team definitely made this experience much smoother than I expected. Much love and thank you again for everything! read more

I needed representation for my DUI case and had contacted Ryan directly, he was very knowledgeable for my situation and the process. During the entire process his office staff or Ryan were prompt to respond with the answers to my questions and reassurance of the situation they were handling. The information they provided me in the beginning of my case allowed for me to handle all the court required paperwork and contacts to take care of things ahead of schedule. The communication was +++ as in any legal situation we tend to freak out they all were wonderful and honest. They were able to work out payments of fees and that's always a wonderful stress relief when dealing with legal actions. I would definitely recommend anyone needing legal representation to contact Witt law. read more

Ryan Witt is the man I think of first in any league circumstance. I've referred him to to many people including family, never had a bad outcome in any situation. In fact last year when I caught a speeding ticket he got it dropped to a lesser charge which didn't effect my insurance which is all I asked of him, then I waited until the due date to pay my fine, I'm a procrastinator lol, he was worried that it wouldn't get to court house in time so he intervened and got ahold of the letter so he could deliver it to the courthouse himself. This is why I referred him to everyone I know in dire circumstances, because he went way past what is required of a lawyer. read more

I was in a really bad situation with a car accident and Jennifer was amazing! The driver who hit me said he would pay for the accident and then called his insurance and told a different story. The insurance companies wouldn't believe me and I thought I was going to get stuck with the bills. Jennifer went to numerous businesses and finally found a video recording of the accident that proved I was not at fault. I got a great settlement but, most importantly, she believed me and helped me. These lawyers truly care and go above and beyond. Don't hesitate to call them! read more

Ryan took my call pretty late one night and never stopped helping me. If I ever need legal help again this is the only firm I would call. read more

Owner is very mean they have 24/7 posted on their ads but get mad when you call them. Owner hasses people on Google maps. I called him about a issue, he did not suggest anyone. Instead just hung up on me. Then he goes into google maps and makes a ignorant comment. Saying it is fake and a spam and he is reporting me. He does not like the community knowing the truth abothem. em. read more
