I have never not had black hair or dark hair because no colorist from Florida to here has ever been able to do anything to it. I was always told it wasn't possible. The last person I let put bleach in my hair fried it so bad my hair fell out. Fast forward 7 years later I move to Denver and see the beautiful work Sophie does to dark hair and I'm sold. Sophie was amazing, we did not 1 but 2 bleach strand tests and she was up front with me and said that she can work with it but she refused to do anything to my hair that would destroy it.
