Their staff were lovely and they manager to find a room for us after I asked if they had one available. This was also surprising as they said they didn't have one available for another 2 weeks. And, when they change our rooms, they moved all of our luggage, food and even placed everything in the new fridge. They also have great rooms and good cleaning service.
