Used this company to build a media wall. Initial conversations pre-sale went well and was made to…read morebelieve I was choosing a professional, reputable and reliable team to build my media wall. The carpenters and plasterers came to the job and complained about not being paid by them and so the carpentry was left incomplete. Once they had sourced another carpenter, the panels were not installed in alignment leaving gaps. I had been invoiced for electrical work which never took place yet was told I had to pay to cover the cost for the labourers. Unfortunately, my media wall is still incomplete as Chris or Paul are not responding to our calls and texts. Chris does not conduct business in good faith and I would really love to hear what they have to say in response as neither me or my husband can get hold of him or Paul. I'm really looking forward to a reply and thankfully have all the screenshots of our conversations to corroborate my statements as truthful and factual.
