He responded asking if I could bring them NOW...& we arrived 15 minutes later. My nephews were happy with their cuts so I guess all is well. I always come here to get a fresh cut. Come see Tyson- the first barber on the right when you walk in. If he is booked, anyone will for sure take care of you. The vibe is chill and the bathroom is clean (always a plus.) For a standard cut it's $40 and for a skin fade it's a bit more. Try to book online because it gets busy, especially on weekends. Horrible barbers. Everybody is unprofessional. Nobody has any sense of customer service. Waiting time is about 2 hours. Even people with appointment have to wait for more than an hour. If you walk in, just go home because you will spend half a day here. Soon as you walk in, people treat as a ghost. No words or acknowledgement. They don't even ask if you have an appointment or walking in. They just leave you there until they notice you've been waiting for 3 hours. Horrible place. Horrible experience. Went in with my kid (had an appointment with Ed) at this new location. Walked in and didnt get greeted or anything. Waiting for 5 minutes before I look at someone and said my son have an appointment with Ed. (Which was the guy I talked too). He look at my kid an said ok he will be done with his current client in a few minutes. 15 minutes went by and I notice when others come in, he greets them and asked them if they have an appointment. If they didnt, they sign the clip board. Never once greeted me when my son and I went in. The original shop is better. 30 minutes later, still waiting and Ed hasn't said anything about taking so long. The "few minutes" became 45 and my son and I left. I walked in, told them I had an appointment at 10:55 for any senior barber. I was Immediately told that my booking "didn't say that" I had no specific barber. Which it definitely did. I pulled up the booking confirmation, and read it aloud, and no one said a thing other than "we'll take a look at it". They never did. I never leave reviews, even for negative experiences but to call a potential customer a liar as soon as they step into the building and then ignore them when they prove that they weren't lying is just ridiculous. Work on your customer service, no matter how good of a barber you are, at least try to seem like you're not a rude person. read more

Came in by reference to see ac jam but he wasn't in. I was told after I got there that a reservation is preferred, so the hour and a half was expected. ZERO STARS!! McBlendy needs to work on time management. I understand perfection takes time but then schedule to account for that. If I make an appointment for 4pm I shouldn't still be waiting at 5pm. I shouldn't show up 5-10 minutes early for my appointment and there be not one but TWO people still waiting ahead of me. And no, this isn't the first time this has happened. No-show for a 1:30pm appointment (with Ant) using the "Any available barber" option. Other barbers said he should be in, but waited 20min with no luck. Maybe this one guy isn't representative of the other barbers, but the impression is that the place is pretty unprofessional, or at least disorganized. If you can't make it or are running late (life happens), that's cool, just communicate it. Or if you know you're truly unavailable, then it should be reflected on the booking site. Willing to give it one more shot because the one other time I came and got a cut (from Magali), it was great. Disappointing experience today though. read more

Eh.. I think the barbers here are probably talented for their age, and chances are, you could probably get a nice cut here, but I think a number of the barbers are quite inexperienced. Highlights on Instagram prove they CAN cut well but probably not consistently, just yet. I got cut here for the first time and the quality was okay but more so the quality you'd expect from a neighborhood friend who cuts hair on the side.. my shape up wasn't clean, the part/design wasn't clean, the hairline enhancement/fibers was uneven.. i can still see the guideline in my fade.. Alot of the technique/lack thereof I experienced during my cut proves that you might get a nice cut on good days, or like in my case, you might really not. I proobably wouldn't go here again, unless I was desperate for a cut. read more

Barbers don't clean up after they are done with each client. Place is filthy. Barbers do know how to fade, but they solemnly rely on that to continue their business. This spot is a mess when it comes to customer service. You aren't acknowledged by any of the barbers and unless you make it a point to talk to them or make eye contact you will go on unnoticed. Your time is not respected either. You are not given any type of approximation and the barbers will disappear for whatever reason instead of checking in with clients and letting them know what is going on. They would rather talk to each other in hopes that people would overhear and take the hint. Pretty tough when they are playing the music loud enough to make you feel like you are at the club. More of a spot for existing clientele and friends of barbers working there. If you are walk in forget about it and find a better spot that will give you the courtesy you deserve. About an hour later he FINALLY finished. However, the barber up and left. We waited around for about another 30 minutes until we finally just left. Came in at 11:30am and was told that they were only taking appointments. Made an appointment with first barber on the right and was told that 4:30 pm was blocked out for me. Fast forward to 4:30 pm and barber tells me to come back in an hour. To make matters worse, he pawns me off on another who rushes through my cut to make up for back log. On top of that, was charged 10.00 for mustache trim when beard trims are 10.00. Prima donna barbers with rock star attitudes.
