Our $10,000.00 remodel was shoddy, and required multiple repairs. The company changed ownership and stopped honoring the "lifetime guarantee". They took down unfavorable reviews on multiple review platform. As a result of dealing with them, I now know that BBB ratings are really no indication of quality. A favorable rating just indicates the business has PAID to be a member and no one has reached out to them about the business. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration. Get a reputable contractor who will take the time and use the products necessary to do a remodel that does not leak, crack open and lead to even costlier repairs.
