I have looked back over the comments here and noticed that there is somebody named Sam S as the business owner. I find it interesting that you cannot see his profile or his full name or picture. I'd actually considered reaching out to the owner about the incident, as it looked as if the owner is fairly responsive, but after attempting to find out who "Sam S. Business Owner" is, it's not possible here. I'd like to know who Sam S is. Not only was there an issue with the employees attitude upon entering the establishment, but after the attack, attempted to take his picture with my phone as he backed away towards the kitchen, putting his hand in front of his face, it seems all of his brothers, of the same ethnicity, surrounded him. They all work there. The group of about 10-12 ethnic young men started yelling at me and said put your phone away, while attempting to grab it. I did get this one picture of the attacker(employee, and will be seeing Care Now today and talking with the police as the incident involved a knife from his pocket. I'm not sure who the owners are, seeming what looked like a bunch of possibly Somali looking employees come to his rescue, and keeping me from taking that attackers picture, you can see that they don't act like normal Americans and they seemed to have accidents. I've never seen anything like this. Just be careful if you decide to go in this place. Also, noted during this visit, other employees were clearly drinking on the job. I didn't see this young man (attacker) drinking personally, but with other employees mentioning that the General Manager was there, so they needed to hide their drinking, it makes me wonder if the whole staff is constantly drinking or on something else. I have brothers who proudly served our country, these Landmark employees will not intimidate, as they so stated after the attack.

Second they harass you the day of the event and what i mean by harass they don't walk around to see if you need help however the staff does troll around looking for you to violate a rule. The rules alone are annoying and make it difficult to create a serene environment. Thirdly, and this by far the dumbest of them all. They advertise as a wedding venue, will allow alcohol and beer onsite for guest and will also allow a DJ to play music however there's a no dance in the inside rule .. i know your dumb founded we were too Avoid this place because you will be disappointed.

Charles Vernon Terrell (May 2 1861-November 17 1959) It reads, "A leading public man in Texas, 1896-1939. Born in Wise County to early (1854) settlers. After two years at Texas A & M, read law and began practice in 1886. Served 1888-92 as Decatur City attorney; 1892-96 as county attorney; 1896-1901 and 1909-13 from Denton-Montague-Wise counties, in Texas Senate. There he sponsored act creating North Texas State University. He was state treasurer of Texas from 1921 to 1924. Appointed in 1924 to the Texas Railroad Commission (chairman 2 terms), he served during landmark years when Texas was catapulted into role of a major world energy supplier. Through regulation of oil and gas shipping, the Railroad Commission became the agency for making production rules. When East Texas in the 1930s began to produce oil in volumes such as the world had never known, and the state invoked martial law to quell strife there, Commissioner Terrell and associates pioneered in conservation without the sacrifice of industrial leadership. After his retirement in 1939, his native county had an oil discovery at Park Springs, in 1942. The Chico field came in with larger yields in 1947. C. V and Etta (May) Terrell were parents of Tully Vernon, John Preston, and Margaret (Mrs. F. . Ward). (1972)" Online, there is some more information. He was born in a log cabin near the Denton-Wise county line. His father's death required him to return home before he completed college. He clerked in a store, drove ox and mule teams between Fort Worth, Dallas, Sherman, and Denison, and engaged in quarrying and hauling rock, before he obtained a teaching certificate and taught at a country school for four months. He then read law in a private office. After being admitted to the bar in 1885, he became city attorney of Decatur in 1886 and served for four years. The girl working the museum was really interesting and gave me lots of good info. Not a huge museum but everything was interesting and displayed nicely. There is a short movie made in 1985 about a farm store that was interesting. The courtroom on the 2nd floor was fun to explore and imagine what all happened in there initially heyday. The 3rd floor had an art exhibit. If u have time it is worth a stop.

When I showed up and found the place closed, I called to check, and Tim kindly agreed to give me a tour even though I was the only guest. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout and kept the experience engaging with local history and stories. We cruised around the Trinity Garden, which ended up being one of my favorite parts. On top of that, he shared fantastic restaurant recommendations. It felt more like exploring the city with a friend than a formal tour. Huge thanks to Tim for making it such a memorable experience. One of the coolest things to do in Fort Worth Texas. We planned the Segway tour a couple of weeks…read morein advance. This was my first time trying the segways. It's actually so easy to learn. I spent about 10 mins trying all the different things our tour guide asked me to practice. I pickled it up very easily. Everyone did so as well. Anyone can ride segways. I wish we had more segways all over the country. Tour started off in the downtown Fort Worth area. We stopped at many historic destinations along the way. Tour guide was very funny and very knowledgeable. My favorite part was by the riverside. Absolutely gorgeous weather to ride Segways and made our trip even more memorable with lots of great pics. Our tour guide took some incredible pics of us. Highly recommend this experience if you're trying to do something cool and fun.
