This is the dessert meant for two people made famous in Salzburg - a vanilla egg soufflé whipped to look like three peaks then served with a raspberry or cranberry sauce. It's like a meringue or soufflé. I'd hoped for raspberry but the cranberry we had was still good and contrasted well with the meringue. Do not attempt to eat this by yourself though!
