It turns out that the staff mistakenly took someone else in my spot without verifying their identity. Throughout this time, I watched multiple people come and go while I sat there with no communication or assistance. The lack of organization and communication was glaring, and the customer service was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience so disappointing was the complete disregard for acknowledging or resolving the issue promptly. Sitting there for nearly that long without any updates is simply unprofessional. This is now the THIRD time this has happened to us at this place. I expected much better and sincerely hope they take steps to improve their processes because this experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression.

He checked with the other barbers, came back, and said it would be about 10 minutes. He even offered me a beer or water, so I figured I was good to go. Forty minutes later, not a single person approached me. No update. No "you're next." Nothing. Meanwhile, the barbers finished with their clients and then just stood around talking, cleaning their tools, and sweeping the floor. I waited another 10 minutes hoping someone would acknowledge me, but it was clear they weren't planning to take me at all. At this point, I realized you probably need to book online and give them your credit card ahead of time, despite the big "walk‑ins welcome" message. The shop itself looks nice, but the loud music and bass gave me a headache while I sat there being ignored. I got up and left. Thanks for nothing.
