My friend and I went for a massage/facial combo. They didn't tell us up front the beds were in the same room plus not telling us some of them only take cash or Venmo. The room was small, and we had to switch beds in between services. The music was loud and unsoothing and they had to turn it down twice. What we didn't like was the old flannel pilly sheets, no heating pad and the use of fragrant drier sheets that i am allergic to. The hour massage was okay, the facial a bit better. I'm really happy with my hair! And I'm that person that's never really happy with my hair right away after it's cut. I chopped off about 8 inches and was really nervous about it. The last time I chopped it was about 10 years ago and I ended up regretting it almost instantly. I've gotten my hair cut with Kristen twice and I've loved it both times instantly, which is a first for me. Every time I get my hair cut, I never fully like it until it grows out a bit. I always have a period where I have to get used to it. Or I'll even have to go back because they didn't blend the cut enough. Not with Kristen though! She has given me exactly what I want both times. One was a very long cut. I have very fine, straight hair. I have a lot of it, but several stylists in the past have cut it in a way that makes it look thin and wispy (and not wispy in a good way). I told her this concern, and she knew exactly how to cut it to make it look thicker and gorgeous. The second time was the chopping of 8 inches. The fact that Kristen was cutting it and was the only person that I've fully liked my haircut right after cutting it made me more comfortable about making the chop. In fact, I don't even know if I would have gone through with it if I didn't have such confidence in Kristen's abilities. I brought in a few pictures and told her what I was looking for and that I didn't want it to make my face look round. She was very conscientious about the fact that the hair will "shrink" when it's dry and compensated for that during the cut (something that people in the past have failed to do, which is why I haven't gone short for so long). I have gotten SO many compliments on it, and I am obsessed with my hair (and by obsessed I mean seizing every opportunity to stare at myself in any reflection haha #vain). I'll post pics so you can be the judge. So for my fine, straight hair, Kristen did an amazing job. In my 13 years of getting my hair professionally done, Kristen is by far my favorite because the price was exceptionally reasonable and I fully loved the results. The salon is very clean and cute. They have a little "shop" with a few fashionable things you can purchase. They have a brow bar. They also have airbrush fake tanning services. I can't speak to the brow and airbrush tanning services as I haven't used those. They also use Moroccan Oil products which you can purchase for an exorbitant cost, per usual for salon products. read more

Updating because I'm so in love with my hair! Kristen always gets it right and makes sure I'm happy before I leave ! She cuts my hair so beautifully and gets my blonde just right. My hair always feels healthy even after processing. She stays late just to fit my schedule and I really appreciate her taking her time to make sure her clients are happy! If you want beautiful blonde and healthy hair go see her! She's amazing she always has the cutest items in her boutique salon! Kristen absolutely fried my hair when she over processed it twice not once but twice. She's always in a hurry and has somewhere to be so there for she doesn't take the time to write down on an index card with her clients name and the color she used last. So...... now I have to fucking cut my hair really short because of what she did!! Beyond pissed off! read more
