Two stylists began at 9 am, my wedding began at 2:30 pm and my hair, as well as the maid of honor, was being started at 1:45 pm, our makeup was not done until after our hair which began at 2:30 pm, my photographer could not take the pictures expected, I was an hour late to my wedding and my entire event was off schedule as a result. I reached out spoke to Katrina and after a week and my calling back was advised she had been let go, no one has called me back to discuss my concerns after messages being left. I would not recommend this service to anyone, they were quick to invoice in advance the service fees and tip, all of which was paid in advance of this nightmare. On top of all of this, my hair was not done as requested and I had to redo this myself. Poor customer service, no time management and the stress of receiving a text the night before, my photographer not getting the pictures requested, being late to my wedding and the event being off schedule due to the poor management of this service.

She's very communicative and easy to work with. At my trial, she was super receptive to my requests and created a beautiful look that she duplicated for my wedding. She also super graciously accommodated the final number of bridesmaids who wanted their makeup done and brought her assistant, Jenna, to help on the day of. My bridesmaids were blown away by how great their makeup looked--one of them said her makeup looked even better than her makeup on her own wedding day and one took Krista's information in hopes to book her for her own wedding!
