First off the company gives you a ESTIMATE... not including the hidden cost. After the work was completed we received and outrageous bill and the math wasn't mathing. We found out that the services is per hour which in fine if stated on the invoice of the estimate which wasn't. The tech also reported he Hung the chandelier and had to take it back down which was also inaccurate because the first chandelier was too wide to hand. To add to that the technician reported 3 hrs of service when they were here an hour. The time stamps were pulled from the ring doorbell. Nice Try!!! So when we spoke to the home office Paula could never get a straight answer about billing. We asked for an itemized bill and the response was " I have to call you back" which I don't understand because you have the invoice pulled up. They also charged for wire nuts ... I don't know if you all ever hung light but all the supplies are included. And to charge per hour little things matter like not taking the protective plastic off the fixture that adds 15mins , not knowing if the switch is off adds 15mins instead of just requesting the breaker be off. Also taking personal phone calls while on the job that adds time also when the other tech is waiting in instructions. so if you get a tech named Danny look out for these things because it's unfair to the consumer have ya timer set. And don't pay when he requests on site ... Check you invoice and pay through the website.

After he strung me along for a month and a half and charged me $1825, I failed my home inspection! Then he had the nerve to try and charge me again to come back to try and fix ALL the things that were wrong that he should have done right the first time! He sold me a Meterbase combo box that was wrong for my set up. He put breakers in the box that didn't fit or go to the box. The wires that went to my inside box did not match the wires going to my outside box, he spliced 2 different wires together and electrical taped them together and buried them. Everything he did was done incorrectly! I had to hire a new electrician and start all over again! I had to pay the new electrician labor to rip ALL the crap out that Chris did and pay for a new hook up! Please BEWARE of Chris, he is not skilled or licensed to be doing this kind of work!
