The appointment proceeded to take another 90 minutes and the employee helping us kept going into the back. I just don't understand why if I had an appointment that I was not seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. Horrible service. So many other people kept walking in and then left because nobody was helping them. Why are there so many employees just in the back room and not in the front store?

Unfortunately, he denied the service when not being authorized under the account to get a SIM card replacement. I later called my brother who is authorized under the account. When he asked to speak with Jonathan, he did not want to speak with him or answer any of his questions he had over the account. He was extremely rude and had this face of not wanting to help us from the beginning. I do not recommend this guy to be working there with that attitude & behavior he was giving. If he's done that to me I wonder who else he's done that to. I do not recommend this store for any assistance service as my phone still has issues. LOL

Because of the incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff, our go-to store has always been this AT&T location. Specifically, Jose, Ali, and Jay have been the most patient and helpful with us each and every time we stop by, regardless of what's going on with our phones. They're the reason we come back! They let us know how promotions may benefit us, and they never rush the process when helping us. We leave the store with everything figured out, every time. All the workers there know everything there is to know about the services and processes they offer. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
