I spoke to the staff and found that they only sell single use cell phone service (not contracts) for T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS etc and unlocked used/new cell phones for any carriers. It's conveniently located at the corner of Corporate and Beechnut - a strip mall called "Sesame Plaza". They have bright LED lights that lit up the street corner.
