Although, we have rarely had to call them back out to respray for bugs; they seem to get it right every time with the quarterly trips out to spray either inside or out. Plus their prices are much lower than some of the other pest and termite control companies in this area. We highly recommend.

Though we were blessed to never have any pest issues, we thought it was about time to get on a bi-monthly service plan with a local company to keep any potential critters out of the house. I called Hitman and spoke to Ian and a couple days later Gary came out to our home. Poor Gary--- when he came to the house my entire family was here visiting with the baby. He did an amazing job maneuvering around all the people and describing the product he was spraying inside and outside of the home. He even checked our attic for signs of rodents! Being that our attic space is on the second floor and he had to carry a ladder up the stairs, this was a BIG Deal to me and no easy task. My extended family enjoyed meeting Gary and my grandmother asked for his business card so he could spray her home. Gary came back out a week or so later because I spotted tiny black ants in the kitchen. He did warn me that sometimes after the initial treatment, I could see an increase in bugs. He sprayed the area at no charge and went on his way. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company!

Oh thank heaven for Sunrise Pest Control. After a lengthy absence from the Vero House we came in…read moreon a Friday morning. That night as Gina and I went to bed we discovered that our home had been invaded by red ants. I hate bugs.....I mean I REALLY hate bugs (so why did you buy in Florida the bug capital of the planet dummy?). We sprayed and thought we had it taken care of but woke up the next morning covered in bites. Again thinking I could take care of the problem we sprayed and trapped. We didn't see any until Sunday when they returned with a vengeance. My brother in law suggested Sunrise and Monday morning we called early. Luckily they had someone in the area. They explained to me the price and what would be done and they did exactly that. For an initial fee of $90.00 they sprayed every baseboard in my home, both upstairs and down, did all the sills, doorways, garage, closets, and my home is not tiny (2000 sq ft). They assured me the products they use do not hurt pets or humans. They also put baits everywhere there was a problem. We have not seen an ant since. They also are coming every two months for $40.00 a visit to respray. I was also informed that should we see any bugs in between treatments to call and they will come out for no charge. That is a guarantee I can live with. The techs as well as office personnel are very courteous too. I will update periodically to see if I can give them the fifth star.

They sent someone to inspect not treat and I was told he would call me back that afternoon. He never called. Then I was notified that there is a new law that says you have to sign a contract and wait a period of time several days before treatment. according to Google that law doesn't exist. When I returned the contract signed and saying that I was irritated that I never got a call back or do not see a law that states a waiting period they sent me No explanation or anything just a "not able to provide services email". They considered my being irritated as being disrespectful seemingly. So after waiting weeks to get the treatment as I had before I have to find another company.. Still irritated.... Respectfully so
