Choosing a pest control company is never easy. Especially when you are not from the area and can…read moreonly rely on positive reviews online and friendly recommendations. Though we were blessed to never have any pest issues, we thought it was about time to get on a bi-monthly service plan with a local company to keep any potential critters out of the house. I called Hitman and spoke to Ian and a couple days later Gary came out to our home. Poor Gary--- when he came to the house my entire family was here visiting with the baby. He did an amazing job maneuvering around all the people and describing the product he was spraying inside and outside of the home. He even checked our attic for signs of rodents! Being that our attic space is on the second floor and he had to carry a ladder up the stairs, this was a BIG Deal to me and no easy task. My extended family enjoyed meeting Gary and my grandmother asked for his business card so he could spray her home. Gary came back out a week or so later because I spotted tiny black ants in the kitchen. He did warn me that sometimes after the initial treatment, I could see an increase in bugs. He sprayed the area at no charge and went on his way. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company!

I saw two unwelcome insects in my house this month and that is two bugs too many. Mike from Reynolds Pest Management was here this morning to do the termite traps and the initial pest control inside my house and outdoors around my house. He was extremely professional and polite, and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this company and its employees. We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control. That's why we turned to Reynolds again when we needed termite treatment and pest control. I highly recommend Reynolds, a local company doing VERY GOOD WORK.

Then manager called and said she has put us back on and a half hour later called back to say they could no longer do business with us. Beware if you recommend them to someone and those people have a problem with them for some reason they will just drop them and you even though you have nothing to do with whatever the problem was. Least they could have done was call us to say they would no longer come, 3 months without bug control in our yard with three dogs running around is not good. Extremely disappointed in this company and the way they treated us. Luckily we now have new lawn and bug service that is FAR exceeding Taylor Pest lawn service which was always lacking good service and results. We only kept them because we liked our bug guy.
