However, those pesty carpenter ants sill wouldn't give up. Ryan arrived twice and on time and sprayed certain areas/rooms of our house. We haven't seen one carpenter ant or creepy crawler since. Surprisingly to me, one week later Ryan followed up with me and I told him we were bug free. We are so pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from WIPEOUT Services. They were referred to me and I will refer them to others. Thank you WIPEOUT Services, we are finally bugless!!

Then manager called and said she has put us back on and a half hour later called back to say they could no longer do business with us. Beware if you recommend them to someone and those people have a problem with them for some reason they will just drop them and you even though you have nothing to do with whatever the problem was. Least they could have done was call us to say they would no longer come, 3 months without bug control in our yard with three dogs running around is not good. Extremely disappointed in this company and the way they treated us. Luckily we now have new lawn and bug service that is FAR exceeding Taylor Pest lawn service which was always lacking good service and results. We only kept them because we liked our bug guy. I would stay away from this company .

We originally had a problem with roaches that…read moregot into our clothes boxes when they were stored for a few weeks before our house was ready to move into. The previous pest company was expensive and ineffective, but Travis came in and that was the end of them for us. We later noted ants in the kitchen area and Travis responded with a treatment plan that has kept them at bay ever since. Obviously, pest management is not a once and done deal. With regular service calls scheduled for the outside of the house, the Travis technician keeps them out. The past few days, after large amounts of heavy rain, we started noticing a few acrobat ants in in kitchen and foyer and bathroom. One call to Travis and our technician Will (who regularly services our house) was at the door IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES ready to get them out. He completed the assessment and treatment quickly on the inside and resprayed the outside of the house, as well. I am very pleased with their service and their commitment to serving the customer. You can tell this is a family run company that takes pride in their work! It has made living in Florida quite comfortable. Thank you Travis!

In addition, GPS has partnered with BeeMade Honey, because they understand the value of the honeybee population, and they know that bees are not pests! That's what I call caring and professional! Dave followed up with phone calls and a personal visit to my home to make sure the problem was solved. It was solved and I couldn't be happier. I want to mention that I called several companies before this company and I got short one quote answers, one quote was very expensive and then add that I would have to leave my house for 3 days, board my pets, eat out, etc. and they couldn't come out for like 3 weeks. The pests would have gotten out of control! Another big company didn't even answer the phone. So frustrating. Dave, at Boss Pest Control, was so caring, explained everything and took my problem very seriously and took care of it immediately. Thank you.

Though we were blessed to never have any pest issues, we thought it was about time to get on a bi-monthly service plan with a local company to keep any potential critters out of the house. I called Hitman and spoke to Ian and a couple days later Gary came out to our home. Poor Gary--- when he came to the house my entire family was here visiting with the baby. He did an amazing job maneuvering around all the people and describing the product he was spraying inside and outside of the home. He even checked our attic for signs of rodents! Being that our attic space is on the second floor and he had to carry a ladder up the stairs, this was a BIG Deal to me and no easy task. My extended family enjoyed meeting Gary and my grandmother asked for his business card so he could spray her home. Gary came back out a week or so later because I spotted tiny black ants in the kitchen. He did warn me that sometimes after the initial treatment, I could see an increase in bugs. He sprayed the area at no charge and went on his way. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company!
