A crew of three spent three hours (!!) cleaning until the entire space was sparkling. I knew I had the right people: I said, more than once, that I did not need the stove and refrigerator cleaned. Talias went straight to the stove and picked up one of the burners to reveal a burner plate that required attention. I didn't even know it, nor expect that to be cleaned, but it was included and sparkling when they finished. I did warn the crew that the bath was surrounded with tile that I did not believe had ever been cleaned. I couldn't tackle it myself. it was bright and shiny clean when they left. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. The price was a good value for the grimy work required and the extra attention included. I will call this company again.

Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. Then I got a call saying that the appointment will be delayed from 10 o'clock to 3 PM in the afternoon. I coordinated by Tenant to meet with them at the new time. But an hour after the designated time they called and said they won't make it at all. I had pre-paid so they said they would refund my money.
