Krispy Kleans' owner and staff did an outstanding job for me. I needed help with uncared for grit…read moreand grime, fast. They responded immediately, answered all of my questions, clearly verified my concerns and then arrived on a bad-weather weekend morning. A crew of three spent three hours (!!) cleaning until the entire space was sparkling. I knew I had the right people: I said, more than once, that I did not need the stove and refrigerator cleaned. Talias went straight to the stove and picked up one of the burners to reveal a burner plate that required attention. I didn't even know it, nor expect that to be cleaned, but it was included and sparkling when they finished. I did warn the crew that the bath was surrounded with tile that I did not believe had ever been cleaned. I couldn't tackle it myself. it was bright and shiny clean when they left. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. The price was a good value for the grimy work required and the extra attention included. I will call this company again.

When I called the Green Company, they answered right away and we had a date set by the end of the call. We did about a 6 hour deep clean, the first deep clean ever since owning our house. The 3 ladies working on our house were professional, cheerful and efficient. By the time they were done, our house was a clean, shining and calm oasis. So worth it! I definitely recommend their services.

When my agent came to look at the property there were too many obvious areas not cleaned. Countertops still had obvious signs of dirt, debris on the floor and bathtub was as if untouched. The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.

I received a reasonable quote and based on other positive reviews - I went ahead and book service. My appointment was for 930am. At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon. She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).
