Dr Li was able to work me in quickly on my first visit and began treatment not just for my critical issues but for chronic problems I have had for years. I like the fact that I can get chiropractic and massage at the same office, it has been very convenient. Dr Ken takes it as a personal challenge to resolve your issues, using a variety of techniques and even giving you 'homework' of stretches to help improve your condition. I also must compliment them on the office and treatment rooms, it is a new facility and very nice (love the relaxing pictures and music on the screen in reception). I have not yet tried the classes in yoga and qi gong, offered as part of a total wellness approach, but the studio space looks nice.

Being 5 months along, I started having back and nerve spasms and wanted to nip it fast before it become so unbearable. I came to the place where I was struggling through a few issues, one of them an injury, and I decided to seek out treatment again. I had heard of Stephanie from other health providers around town, and had the impression that she was highly regarded for her skills. My physical therapist had actually been a patient of hers too, and so I decide to see her. I have not been disappointed! First, the office is easy to get to and has plenty of on-street parking. The waiting room is cozy and comfortable, with an assortment of tea and beautiful relaxing music playing softly. As far as my treatments, they've been incredibly helpful. She is very intuitive about what underlying issues might be, so I find that I'm being treated for more than just a symptom. Another incredible benefit as that she is an amazing nutritionist as well. I've been able to discuss my food and eating habits, as well as address some health issues through adaptogenic herbs. It's the safest, gentlest, whole-food approach that you can do to "steer" the body into healing on it's own. After her recommendations, I Google the brand she recommends and sells, and found nothing but 5 star reviews EVERYWHERE. Stephanie can truly help you with all aspects of your health and well-being. I would highly recommend giving her a try!

I have previously experienced the benefits of acupuncture (about 3-4 years ago). If you're new -- it really is a powerful tool in naturally healing your body from trauma (physical and mental/emotional). I am so glad I researched and found Dr. Chiu because he is the best acupuncturist out there. There are not many folks I revere, but Dr. Chiu is one of them. He is highly intelligent in both eastern and western cultural medicine. He knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the book (The Body Keeps the Score) because he's read it also. He is trauma informed, research based, and most importantly compassionate in learning about your experiences; and resolving the root of the problems you are experiencing. If you are at a dead end with your mental health/gut issues or any other physical ailments then please seek out Dr. Chiu--this man is so kind, gentle and skilled in his expertise. I am so happy to have him onboard my transformative experience in healing my body. I appreciate all the care and thoughtfulness he puts into his appointments with me; and hope others can experience the luxury of relaxation as well.
