The staff is all very nice, and helpful, I never have a problem with getting an appointment when I need it or worrying about a mix up with my information at the front desk. There's never a long wait to see the DR or the massage therapists like in some practices. The usual visit goes like this: I'm greeted right away, step into a room for a really good massage, and next enjoy some of Dr Alex's own blend of tea or a glass of water just before I see the DR for an adjustment. Depending on my reason for a visit, I may also receive either cupping, acupuncture, or some kind of stretching or muscle stimulation therapy (I don't know the technical terms for everything). I'm a true believer in acupuncture, as it was something that I found very useful while living in Illinois, to help me with various issues. It is really hard to find a DR here that does both chiropractic and acupuncture! Thank you Dr. Alex! P.S. Ask for the tea, with honey...Mmm!

Absolutely amazing!…read more Many chiropractors these days really try to spruce up their practice by adding in a ton of unnecessary things such as massage chairs or masseuse! However this guy really cuts straight to the heart of the problem and he really works hard to get you to perfect spinal alignment! He works on upper cervical so I guess if you have lower back pain he wouldn't be able to help you as much but if you're prone to migraines or stiff shoulders, he can cure you! He can also reset most of your body, like if you have tmj and your jaw is crooked, he works on that! If your hips are crooked he fixes that! If your arm popped out, just tell him! He'll fix that! His scans the back of your neck to look for discrepancies and then he makes you lay down on a firm bed to relax your spine and get it to be the shape it normally rests on! Then he scans your neck again, and proceeds to crack your spine into place! It's really refreshing! And if that part of the bone will hurt, he will let you know! He has a great character! The type of medical professional that this world needs! Once you give him a chance you won't be able to go anywhere else! Prices are affordable and with his honest attitude! This location is a real gem! Someone of his talent would cost way more! But luckily it's so affordable!

However, my body has been put through some STUFF (car accidents and snowboarding fails that ended in hospital visits just to name a few), and because of all of the trauma, my poor neck has felt it the most long term. I was leaving Pilates the other day and a rep for Crew Chiropractic was there with a little table and was offering a great promo and I decided to just go for it! I had a fantastic experience from the moment I first met Dr. Sesma at the Pilates studio. Renee, office manager, is one of the kindest souls I've ever met (and I only met her twice), but she just has that welcoming warmth about her that every office needs! Dr. Sesma really took his time to go over everything with me from start to finish, and I never once felt pressured into signing up for a care plan. The whole team makes sure that you're 100% comfortable and they truly believe in the saying "knowledge is power." That's what I loved most about my experience at Crew. The team truly just wants to give you the proper care and share all of the medical ideologies behind it - in detail, so that you leave having at least that and some x rays. Highly recommend giving them a visit if you're looking for a good chiropractor in the Alpharetta area!

I've heard great things about this place, but am somewhat torn in my review. And again, maybe my expectations were to basically be better by now. Who I am kidding? That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. The office is super nice, and offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small waters. I guess with the probable cost each patient generates, I can see why.
