I called the nail place and was going to cancel my appointment due to no parking but they said I could park behind the building where it said residential because they all live there. I came out around 7:15 with a boot on my car. The people at the nail place came out and was confused so I called in and spoke to the receptionist at the towing company who advised me to send an email to the managers to see if anything could be done. I emailed immediately and was told manager would reach back out no later than Monday. Monday I reached out and they asked me what time and what car. I responded and haven't heard anything back. I have called and emailed many times after without no response. I would understand if they couldn't do anything but the lack of response is really upsetting! I am a single mom who really can't be paying $195 tickets seeing as I was going to cancel the appointment to avoid it. It's really all unfortunate, however a response or acknowledgment from the towing company would be nice. It's sad because the payment receipt cam from the same number as an old receipt from Norse brewing company so I won't be returning there either in the case they are connected. I refuse to support local businesses who are unkind and rude to its residents

As a result, the owner of the gas station called to have my car towed off their property which is totally within their right. I ended up having to pay an impound fee to T and W who picked my car up to have it released over to AAA. Alot of people on here and in general are going to roast the tow company but in all honesty they couldnt have been nicer and they are just doing a job and towed my AWD car properly so I am super appreciative of their professionalism.

NC and tow it to another location in Henderson to be fixed. 3 days later they finally show to pick the vehicle up. At the time no one wsd home at the residence. A phone call was made and TW was told payment would be made in person the next day. Verbal agreement made. TW then decided to take the car to their impound lot. Not good business and a way to scam money. I would suggest using a towing company with much more integrity. The better business has been contacted and considering legal representation. I also feel the public needs to be aware of the scamming by this company
