If I could give negative stars I would. The 87 year old mistook our unit for the one next to ours. That owner had not been paying on their unit. The 87 year old owner cut our lock off and had someone clear our unit out. They would not give us that persons info to see where he put our stuff. All of our holiday decorations, handmade things of our late grandmother and dad are all gone. We were told they were sorry, said our stuff was put in a dumpster because it looked like "big lots junk", there was a whole tote of Lenox Disney ornaments in the box and the whole willow tree nativity set worth over $500. I feel like they were not truthful, and I think they sold our belongings. I will never recommend them to anyone. Please share this so no one will have to face the loss of such precious memories that we will never get back read more
