The team were quick, safe and very friendly, and I can highly recommend their work. The only comment I would make is that they left the wood at the front of the house for their removal colleague to pick up the day after (so do bear that in mind), but he left a few larger pieces with no explanation. To his credit, Matt was very quick to apologise and organise a new person to collect the last couple of logs.

The 5 tree surgeons from Bartlett did a really great job of removing 3 oversized trees from our…read moreLondon garden. The trees overhung 6 different properties, full of sheds, pots, walls, trellis's etc and other companies had shied away from the job due to the risks. Bartlett agreed to take it on and while the price was high, their men worked for 6 days on the job, so it was fair. The guys were friendly, happy to discuss things and be photographed & videoed. They clambered around high in the canopies, taking down the dense network of branches in manageable sections and took real care to minimise damage to the rest of the garden despite winds and the size of the timbers. They also cleaned up well at the end of the job. Very professional.
